Centrally located/metro station very close to hotel. Many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the area. Most hotel staff friendly.

Hotel rated as 3-star hotel but should really be rated as a 2 star. It cost more for a night than it should have. Hotel in the process of being renovated. Elevator very slow. No parking as indicated on the website. Computer screen for tv. No hairdryers in room. Particular room design.

Clean and cosy,near gare'l east station.The rates@39 euro I stayed was fantastic,this offer is for sundays only as for the next day they asked me for 110 euro,i checked out.

They gave us room N1 which is basically on the street. If you book this hotel ask not to be in this room in advance, it's awful.

Location, not safe area. Very dirty bed sheet, they didn't change the bed sheet for 3 days. No bath, small room and smelly and very humid. The worst hotel in my life.

There is a Metro stop close by from which you can get basically anywhere. The place was clean and cheap.

The sink in the bathroom was leaking. The bathtub was in the middle of the room and had no shower. The ventilation was bad. You could hear the people in the room next door coughing.

Friendly staff, good location (very easy access to Goncourt metro station and not far from Gare du Nord).

The room lacks space, specially the bathroom.

Great value, clean, perfect place to relax when not running around during a city break. This is not a luxurious hotel. You pay for what you get. I enjoyed four nights here and have no complaints. Rooms are comfortable.

Perfect location. Great value for money.

The location was only 2 mins walk to Goncourt station, 40 mins walk to city centre.

No ventilation in room, causing mould and damp walls, furniture and also dampness to our belongings. Bathroom/wetroom - toilet was virtually sitting in the shower and as it was more of a wetroom water would go all over the floor causing us to sit in a pool of water when on toilet. Renovations haven't been finished and corners have been cut, holes in floors for light fittings, can't open windows for some air as ventilation is extremely poor, room is too small for 4 people. The dampness in the room has caused us all to get sick!

1. The room was just to small; 2. Bathroom was even smaller; 3. Some attendants weren´t nice; 4. The worst, one day there was a bad cleaness of the room, when the maid did not change the trash can and did not change the towels, only making up our beds; 5. One day all roons were out of light for about 20 or 30 minuts

The hotel is near Staff nice, quiet area and a lot of cheap French cafe next (not tourist). Rooms are small but clean, had a good noise insulation. We see that a new shower room (after repairs). There is an elevator, Wi Fi and TV/

Was here in march 2013. Hotel is pretty good. Main thing is it's location. 1 minute from Saint-Martin channel, big shops, stors like Monoprix, and Subway. 20-25 minutes from the centre of the city. We mostly walked everywhere, even to Eifel's tower - 6.5 km. Prices are good, rooms are clean, new towels every day, what you get for price is perfect. Very good staff, friendly and helpful. Hotel works 24/7, which is good, cause we are young)

Pretty little rooms, only 1 table and no bedside tables - hard to keep all clothing, sometimes - 2 of 20 times we took shower water was cold - but it was in rush hour. And yes, we heard neighbours when they make love/noise, but only 1 night and made a game - who's girl will cry louder.

the hotel name is elments .and the prometed as modern temple . first night they let in room has no window. this is 1 star hotel not 3.

Nice bed comfortable, cute bathrub in the room and nice staff.

Only one night. Terrible reception and staff. Cold room. Toilet and shower in the closet. No WiFi. Money charged twice, but then returned

The rooms were efficient and neat. The hotel is in a great location in Paris and the hotel staff was extremely friendly.

I woke up one morning and my room smelled awful. The sheets were also just a tad bit scratchy and there was no early check-in.

Toilet very user water friendly except for the broken door that has not been repaired although has been reported twice.sadly. however the staffs friendly and mostly can understand and speak english well. Quite environment suitalbe for family with young children. Hotel location is very near to Metro Goncourt, almost 5 mins walking distance.

Lift is so small for large and many lugages and only can fit 3 adult with one kid per session. Housekeeping did well job except for not changing bedcover n duvet cover everyday. The room and cupbord is quite small for 4 people.

You can hear most of the sounds from the other floors and rooms. Some of the rooms have an open toilet and shower inside, this way you don't have any privacy at all.

The location was very central, the rooms seemed to be clean, the heat was nice to come in from the cold, and the reception staff was friendly. Value for money except that when you add the fee for two breakfasts of a typical petit dejunair, then the actual price paid was the same as staying somewhere better.

There was no hot water at midnight, at 10am, 11am or at 5:30 when we tried to shower before the rest of the hotel to get some hot water. We were told that we had woken up too late and all the hot water had been used. The problem was fixed on the third day but this meant three cold showers in december, not nice. We didn't notice that our towels had feces on them until after we had dried. Disgusting actually! The door to the bathroom was jammed so we had to use the toilet whilst being able to carry a conversation. :-) funny but unnecessary. There were no kettles neither in the room or reception. There was no wi-fi in the room and the lift was broken when we were there. So a climb of four floors was a nice little exercise. Especially when walking up and down about the hot water.

Exccelent .stay in this hotel.Room spacious, comfortable and very quiet.The staff very welcoming. Well located hotel, near the metro hotel, and shops proche.Design beautiful. I recommend this hotel sincerely.
