The location is perfect.
The reality is different from the pictures. Our room was really smelly because of the canalization of the shower and the sink. Late check in on the first day and poor wifi connection.
Very good value for money, clean and modern. Good location.
Nothing to mention.
drastic electric heating unit gets either too cold or too hot and it can get you sick The lift is very tiny Staff, they had 2 nice people the rest just ignored you.
no door to WC/shower no breakfast service before 8am (unless one calls a cup of coffee and 1 croissant a breakfast); must take breakfast in your room
Good location, quiet street, metro nearby.
Bad wifi connection in the room
Modern, clean, easy commute, very helpful and friendly staff.
Bathroom was weird, some mineral deposits in the shower, wifi connection wasn't that strong and dropped a couple times.
I looked and looked and picked here and so happy I did. I was solo 27yr old female and the room was small but cozy and perfect for me. It was on the backside and silent. I heard some noise from other rooms but was fine. Ask for garden room id say to avoid street noise. Bed was amazing. Seriously. Bathroom flooded a bit and without door but hot water and good shower. 10Min walk from Republique and 2min from Goncourt metro and canal. Area was fine. Ethnic for lack of a better word and fine. Lots of quick food options. Going north got a lil sketchy but I felt safe in the area really. I will stay here again. Maybe in 2 room could be a lil bigger and a bathroom door but I know european hotels and the price and quality and location here is really good
Bathroom area is toilet and shower so floods but whatever, wear flip flops Walls are think so hopefully yu don't get loud rude people next to u. Id ask for a corner room on back side
Strategic location and value for money guaranteed.
Wifi was a lil slow and the double bed was combination of two single bed which was a bit uncomfortable.
Excellent. Clean. Comfortable. modern design. well situated. Very good quality for the price
I had lucky the neighbors stopped watching TV or listening to music not too late. Or maybe I was just so tired that I fall asleep :) But the noise isolation is not that good
Close to Metro
Extremely limited space of the bathroom/toilet. No proper separation (door) between the living room and bathroom.
The ladies from reception on the second day were very kind and changed my room immediately.
In the first night I got a very noisy room, very cold, air conditioning made a lot of noise, no central heating. Bathroom was small and dirty. The night receptionist made a lot of noise listening music. Breakfast ridiculous poor and over expensive 5 Euro for a croissant, a coffey and an orange juice. Price room expensive compared with the quality of service.
Good location, only 3 min to Metro station (1st zone); clean and comfortable rooms
A bit noisy place; some staff dont know english and city information
Very comfy beds, clean, excellet location in a quiet street, just few metres from metro. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Excellent vegetarian restaurant Thien Bien just the next street, must try fantastic vietnamese salad..
Very small rooms, but mirrors enlarge the space, so not so bad. No tea/coffee facilities. Thin walls, bathroom with toilet are behind the sliding wall.
location near to Republique
My room was on the ground floor. When I didn't close the curtains, pdedestrians were able to look in my room! Quite weired. Value for money was not good. But this probably because the city was very packed that time
1) The staff was very nice and helpful all the time. They spoke several languages. 2) Good location (close to metro stations. You feel safe). 3) Very clean and quiet.
1) Room was very small (but I guess that seems to be the case for most hotels in Europe).
Kind, helpful and attentive staff. Comfortable bed. Wifi worked most of the time.
Even with the 70% discount I got this hotel is highly overpriced. Rooms are tiny, and a bathroom doesn't have a door (no room for that). No central heating, the air-condition system is shut down completely (because of the noise that was too disturbing for the residential buildings around).
Rooms to little
Bathrooms are extremely poorly designed - water floods out into main room, toilet is hard up against wall on one side, can't wash anything but hands in the sink. No wifi. Pram/stroller will not fit in the lift. Nowhere to sit and eat a meal. Do I need to go on? Don't stay here until they refurbish it and a new owner talks over and employs new staff. Oh, and they added some 16euro "tax" to the bill?!?
Location, cleanlines, bathroom and simple room but comfort..all perfect for me and sure will be back again next time visit Paris..Republique just a few step from the hotel that means Many great place to eat !!
Smiley staff from day to night, clean place, brand new, close to Republique
A night duty guy's friend, talking loud on his cellphone right in front of the hotel (narrow street) after 1pm :)
The room was basic but clean & decent, with a good bathroom for the size of the room. Internet worked pretty well, which was an asset. The staff cordial, gentle, and service oriented. It is very basic, but it fits quite well the purpose of an accommodation for a few days in Paris.
The reception area is extremely basic. Once having spent the first night, one can cope with the absolute absence of frills -including breakfast-, but it is manageable.
The hotel was incredibly cheap for a three-night stay, especially in an expensive city like Paris. The staff were polite and helpful at all times, and they offered to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the hotel abd drive us to the airport. The cleaners provided clean towels everyday. The hotel is close to Republique which has good eateries, cafes, and entertainment, as well as the historic square.
The actual road - Rue D'Aix - stunk of urine which was most unpleasant, and late in the night one could hear drunks out on the road.
great free wifi and very nice room. Clean and tidy. I had the best sleep.
no breakfast but i walked around the corner and found what i needed
Small but with a good use of space. Just one block from the metro station. Nice music on the lobby.
No separation between bedroom and bathroom in single room.
