Despite the exterior appearance the interior was much more reassuring As we stayed in August in the family room it was hot, and with no aircon we had to sleep with the balcolny door open. The balcolny could easilt be accessed by third parties from adjacent flat roofs so we did not feel safe |

The friendly staff made the short stay a pleasure. They were always ready to assist with any requirements. We were not able to have an open window overnight in our room, so we woke up to a very stuffy environment in the room the next morning. |

It was overlooking the stunning Gare de Metz Railway Station and the majestic Post Office. It was close to the important landmarks, and the staff was very efficient and helpful Both the bathrooms and the toilet had no locking or latch facility. |

the quad-room were rather spacious for 4 person. The towels were like rough like sandpaper. The walls were very thin as we can hear all sort of noises while we sleep. Breakfast were overpriced for the quality of food they provided. |

L'accueuil chaleureux quelque soit l'heure du jour ou de la nuit. Le silence, le petit déjeuner dans une atmosphère zen. Merci pour cet excellent séjour. Comme dans tous les hotels même les plus étoilés, un petit effort sur les joints en silicone à changer. Mais là je fignole, tout était parfait, et propre. |

Locatie en prijs! Verder was het gewoon een standaard hotel waar je niet veel van moet verwachten. Nou... bij het personeel kwam er maar geen lachertje vanaf..... Maar dit geld denk ik voor meer fransen.... |

Ondanks de nabijheid van het station, hebben we van spoorweglawaai geen hinder ondervonden. We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald. Alle ruimten waren proper. Het gestap op de gang en open en dichtgaan van de deuren is 's nachts hinderlijk hoewel andere hotelgasten blijkbaar toch echt stil probeerden te doen. Aan het ontbijt waren de eitjes koud. |
