Sehr zentrale Lage (300 m zum Bahnhof, Post gegenüber, 100 m zur Touristinformation, 300 m zum Meer). Zimmer mit Balkon. Es wird Wert auf Ruhe gelegt. Wireless-LAN auf Anfrage erhältlich, Preislich sehr attraktiv. Die Zimmer waren wohl modern in den 60er Jahren, jetzt längere Zeit nicht renoviert, viele Details erneuerungsbedürftig. Frühstück lieber etwas teurer und dafür besser. |

Freundlichkeit, frühes einchecken und Koffer am Abreisetag hinterlegen, ohne Probleme, das ganze Hotel macht einen sauberen Eindruck Frühstück zu teuer, manchmal lange Wartezeit bis Lift kommt. Badezimmer zwar groß aber sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet |

günstige Lage, Bahnhofsnähe, alles kann zu Fuß erledigt werden Parksituation, nur Parkhaus od. auf Wunsch in nahegelegenem Hotel für 8 € tgl., ansonsten nur kostenpflichtiges Kurzzeitparken ( 3 Std.) möglich. |

Das Frühstück,welches extra bezahlt werden muss, wurde ohne Aufpreis auf Wunsch im Zimmer serviert. Einrichtung nur für Gäste mit sehr geringen Ansprüchen. |

Die Lage im 4. Stock. Die Geräumigkeit und Sauberkeit. Leider gab es keine Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel; zum Glück aber im Hotel Chambord gleich in der Nähe. |

Very nice room on 7th floor newly refurbished with a good size balcony with a view to the sea and efficient air conditioning. The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close by the town centre but in a quiet location. Avoided the breakfast as it seemed relatively expensive (although a lot cheaper than some other hotels in Menton) and there are cafes and bread shops offering better value breakfasts |

Fantastic cheap accommodation. We stayed in one room with our 3 children. We were grateful that Hotel Moderne would accommodate our large family. The staff were gracious and helpful and offered good advice for restaurants and buses to Monte Carlo. Only one night, but recommed for a cheap stopover. |

It may be called Hotel Moderne, but modern it's not. It is a bit retro, but clean and comfortable. Room is airconditioned. There are double sliding doors and shutters to block out the noise, heat and light. Don't know why others complain it is noisy. Location is also good. It would be nice if breakfast is included for the same price. But this hotel is still better than other hotels we looked at. Our room had a toilet cistern which was a little noisy. |

Cleanliness,pleasant staff. It was a 2 star hotel but still o.k, you get what you pay for, but I would be quite happy to use the hotel again. Noisey with the windows open, so I closed them, no problem. |
