The location is excellent, with easy and cheap on-street parking. The staff were very helpful. Rooms are good size and bathrooms are well equipped. |

Easy to find There was no bar or restaurant facility open for the evening of my stay and yet the hotel was apparently full (internet booking told me I had booked last two rooms) So why no restaurant? |

The staff were very friendly spoke good English. The hotel was directly oposite the station. We arranged a tour of the Somme so did not need a car at all. The breakfast was excellent . Overall a pleasant experience. |

Nice clean budget hotel, quirky wooden interior, small bar and friendly staff. Plenty of free car parking. Location was a bit far out of town and if you don't mind that and are just looking for rooms on a budget with no frills there are other cheaper options very close by. |

Proximity to train station Window opened up to an extremely small inside space...the neighboring room's window was practically within reach...we were definitely able to see in each other's rooms. Our room was particularly small and very hot. |

After staying in so many hostels, it was nice not to have roommates. It did seem very old, but again, for the price, it was fair. No shower curtain though, so the floor got pretty wet with showers. |

This was one of our favourite hotels we stayed at while in Europe. We were only there for one night, but it was excellent. The room was clean and well-kept, and in a terrific location, close to the train station. There was also plenty of nearby parking for our car. The breakfast was delicious. 5-star experience for a 3-star price! |

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful.Hotel is very well sited for visiting Arras & The Somme.It has a very nice "old fashioned charm".We all agreed we would use Hotel Moderne for our next trip to The Somme. |

Convenient for Centre Ville and restaurants and other places of interest Dedicated parking (Free) needed for guests. During our visit the bar was closed and there was no evening or post breakfast facility for hot or cold drinks. Would suggest tea/coffee -making facilities to be put in rooms. |
