Clean, location, design, price
noises, rooms are not at all isolated sound wise
The hotel is very modern and newly remodelled. Very clean, quiet, but the rooms are a bit on the small side. We've initially received upon arrival a very small double bedroom which would be an ok size single. However after complaining about this and requesting a larger room, we were quickly served with one of the best rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful even in the middle of the night. Very pleased!
Loved where hotel was situated, bout 5min walk to river and NotreDame. Cute restaurants, bakers and supermarket within walking distance. Hotel rooms bright and colourful. We had 2rooms, one with balcony and view of street, other one, a brick wall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.
Bit of work going on, so a tad noisy sometimes.
Great location, overall good hotel with a friendly service and a modern look.
Not comfortable or cozy enough for a long stay (white lights, cold corridors, ...).
The rooms were clean, decorative and the shower was fabulous. Less than 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Pantheon and 20 minutes from the Louvre. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
bed was really comfy hotel very clean amazing lcoation
Everything was perfect! A stress free stay
Location, modern design, typical size room for Paris but sufficient space for a few days.
The room I stayed was clean and has very small balcony to step out.
Some floors are renovation work. It was pretty noisy during the day. I can hear what workers say via pipeline. Due to the fact, it also dusty in some floors. The heater is not properly worked. I didn't ask or complained because the day was not such cold, but if you visit during the cold period, it would be problem.
We loved our stay here. The staff were helpful and polite and speaks English. Fantastic little bakery by the station if you didn't opt for the breakfast at the hotel and food and wine shops near by. If we will return to Paris we would book here again!
the rooms were modern, staff very polite.
the location not convenient to my needs.
Location, friendly staff
Leaky shower, blocked taps, slow single lift
The position was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with
The hotel is very well positioned for the Latin Quarter with its variety of good restaurants. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. The room was clean and wifi worked well, even with my room being on the top floor.
The decor is a little too modern for my taste but I don't see the wallpaper when I am asleep, so it is not too much of a problem really!
Wi fi location near metro
You can not pretend to be a 3 star hotel when everything is under construction and in the paint. Ground floor terrible smell of paint. The hotel pretends to be 'modern', but in this case modern stands for uncomfortable. With the modern shower half of the room was flooded. Will come back when they change it into a 'Comfortable St Germain' hotel.
Great location, nice design, clean
Small room and bathroom
Location is great. 2-3 minutes to Maubert-Mutualite metro and 5-6 minutes to Notre Dame by walk. Wi-fi is great. Rooms are really small; but it's not a big deal if you're travelling by yourself or with a friend. I didn't have breakfast; but it looks fine. Rooms are tidy and clean, esp. bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel from Yves Rocher.
If you arrive the hotel before 1:00 pm, reception doesn't let you to go to your room unfortunately. There is no hole on the floor in bathroom so when you take a bath, it's getting wet a little bit.
Great central Latin district location as short walk to Notre Dame, Pantheon and about 30mins from Louvre. Rooms were clean but a little small .. but this is Paris! Laundrette and supermarket were also really close.
Only place we stayed where breakfast wasnt included ... at 12 Euros per person for a continental breakfast, it was a bit steep, especially when you could walk less than 100m in any direction and pay 12 Euros for a full american breakfast. Lift was also tiny, so we used stairs except when moving bags
Location is very good Breakfast is good value
Rooms are tiny Bathroom tiny with only a curtain, no door Telephone did not work Garish decor
Freindly staff, location
Friendly efficient people on front desk. Good location. Room perfectly good and comfortable.
A bit tired in places. Few small things not working in room but staff fixed quickly. Just not as as good as some others similarly priced in the neighbourhood (the Atmospheres down the road is better for example) but much better than some others (e.g. Au Manoir St Germain which I did not like at all).
Newly modernized Nice bathroom Good brekfast Close to the latin quarter and other great places to see. Not much traffick noise even if the room was facing the street
To hard bed Poor noise insulation between rooms / Hall.
Excellent location for all that Paris has to offer. 'Quirky' modern hotel but very pleasant
Room size on the small size. Acceptable for a weekend stay but may be a little claustrophobic for a longer stay. Bath towels could have been a lit Room a little on the small size. Adequate for a weekend but may get claustrophobic for longer stay. Bath towels not soft.
-Nothing too much trouble for staff - Breakfast lots of choice and good value for money - Price of soft drinks in mini-bar as opposed to in local cafes and shops -Location - Cleanliness
No complaints at all
