Nothing particular in fact. But for their low price of a triple room close to the center of Paris the conditions I beleive were fair. Shabby corridors with laundry thrown on their floors while cleaning the rooms, absense of elevator. |

The price and the location were great. The staff was helpful. It was also nice to have a shower in the room as the other place I had stayed had a bathtub without a place to hang the showerhead. There was no door on the bathroom and the bed was right next to the door but it wasn't bad. A little far from the metro if you are lugging around a good bit of luggage |

We were stying at Modern Hotel for 2 days while visiting Paris... and we were pleased with the service for the price we've payed.. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, so after the intir day of sightseeing we had a great sleep, no disturbing sounds from the street or noise. |

Very clean, comfortable bed, spotless shower/toilet, no problem with hot/cold water, great location. The room had a character, the staff were helpful and friendly. No elevator can be a problem. |

Many broken stairs, no elevator, there is not TV control in the room - only after asking, Phone depends on the wall and attached with masking tape.Only 2 towels for 4 people |

Hotel was under renovation but it was not to disturbing. Bathroom and toillete were renoveted and clean, staff very friendly... Acces to metro good. There was no noise in the night or day from the street (we had room in the 6th floor) |

Nearly all the staff speak English. There are two super market near the hotel. It was perfect for budget traveler. There was no lift! (I stayed on the 6th floor) |

The personnel was friendly and always willing to serve. The neighborhood is one of my favorite in Paris. They should renovate a little in order to give to the hotel a more cheerful aspect. |

The location is realy good, just a few min to a Place of Bastilie, shops and cafe`s and are near by. The walls was realy thin, we could hear the water in the neighbour bathroom and steps all the time! |

Very simple Hotel but clean and being redecorated (by someone from the 70's) Bathroom was new and worked just fine. Price from booking.com was good value. |

The renovated bathroom was clean and comfortable. They serve a breakfast including the room fee, and it was convenient for travelers. Because of the old building (maybe, it's usual in paris), you can easily hear the sounds of your neighbor. The room was small. |
