Location in the city is really good. Very noisy outside and location of room next to a partyplace is far from ideal... |

Not so far from the center, about 10-15 minutes walking to Laffayet and Opera. And not so expensive, i can say that cheaper than others. Not so beauty, very simple, but comfortable...On my mind, if you will search the budget simple hotel near with center, Modern Hotel La Fayette - will be good option |

Very friendly staff, location is excellent (across from a metro station and grocery store). No AC in the room (wasn't a problem for us but can be a problem in summers). The street noise can be especially bothersome at night. There was an annoying smell in the halls but nothing major. |

La location was pretty good, there was a metro station across the street(Cadet, line 7), and the hotel is 3 metro stations away from the Opera and 4 from the Louvre Museum (that means about 10 minutes). Was a good price for Paris, even though was not a 3 * accommodation. The housekeepers do a good job regarding the fact the hotel is pretty old. The breakfast was all french, only bakery, some cheese and butter and jelly; no meat or eggs, good though for a few days. No carpets on the floor in the rooms, the room was smelling pretty bad at the beginning of the stay, only 3 french tv stations, the room doors made a lot of noise when shutting, so even if you don't want to wake up the entire hotel is almost impossible. |

The hotel was very basic but ideally located in the Opera region. Within 15 minutes walking distance of Gare du Nord railway station and with metro and bus stops opposite for travel into the centre of Paris. Galleries La Fayette and Printemps department stores within 10 minutes walking distance. No air-conditioning in rooms which were very hot at night. |

Only one thing was good at this hotel and this was Laurent who is at the lobby at nights. He was very helpfull and kind. There were stains at the bed sheet and at the towel. They should be more carefull about the cleanliness. Also the red blanket which is on the bed was really bad and i don't think that they change it for every customer. They need to throw away this. There should be a paper which you can find the reception number. The personnel who is following the breakfast should be more kind. They should change the pillows, they are too low. |

A perfect location with this price. Easy to travel and nice connection to main train stations in Paris. Easy access to foodmart and restaurant. I find the place very good location for my choice. Cleanliness of the bathroom. |

Very friendly staff, great location for the train station. The Sacre Coeur is 15 mins walking distance. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and take away places in the streets behind the hotel. The breakfast room is a little dull but with plenty of nice bars around, I would recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and venturing out. |

The people who worked at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They all spoke English, which was a huge plus. The room was clean and after we asked for extra towels the first day they started automatically bringing them. There wasn't air conditioning, which I believe is normal in Paris, but it was too hot to sleep with the windows closed and the street outside is a little loud. |
