Very good Internet connection at zero additional cost. Free parking and a very nice patio outside the room to have one's morning coffee. Only good on the ground floor. A longish drive into Aix-en-Provence, about 20 minutes. The shower unit is hand held only so no relaxing long showers.

We've stayed there , on & off, for several years (not as Best Western of course). We have familly in Trets & the hotel suits us fine. The desk staff are virtually always excellent (as this time) - the same cannot always be said for the dining room attendents for breakfast (as this time)

Its what I would expect from a 3 star hotel - perhaps a bit better than some. The behaviour of some of the "guests" at the buffet breakfast - one would think that they hadn't eaten for days & that they just had to get to the food before anyone else - but that's not really any fault of the hotel...!

le cadre en jet, mais le reste n'est pas a la hauteur des apparence ,mais je vais dans cette hotel depuis plus de 2 ans et a chaque fois il y a un probleme, derniere séjour je demande un grand lit , deux petit, le bain douche est vide et cela ne datait pas du jour de ma visite, pour le prix les Kyriad prestige sont vraiment de meilleures qualités, et un bruit sourd extérieur tout au long de la nuit comme un compresseur

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Elles sont également bien insonorisées ce qui est appréciable quand on a un sommeil léger. Le choix au niveau du petit déjeuner est un peu restrictif et la présentation du buffet n'est pas très attrayante.

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La propreté de l'hotel est impécable. La restauration est d'un bon rapport qualité prix. La structure en elle même est de bonne qualité Le recrutement du personnel n'est pas en adéquation avec le niveau de la structure. A l'accueil le personnel a du mal a conseiller sur les itinéraires et ne connait pas forcément bien la région. En règle générale nous avons une impresssion de manque de personnel. Appels à la réception restés sans réponses... Le petit déjeuner n'est pas d'un niveau d'un 3 étoiles : pas de grille pain le personnel ne reste pas à disposition des clients... C'est vraiment dommage.

Hôtel perfectible.. Personnel au top ,petit déjeuner copieux chambre agréable ,salle de bain spacieuse , sauna assez grand , bar et salle a manger en travaux mais prometteur pour la suite! L extérieur de l hôtel est quelconque, mal situé et difficile a trouver. Un peu impersonnel.
