Hôtel Monet  

The hotel was in a very quiet spot although 5 minutes walk from Honfleur center- on a hill side- The room was clean although quite basic it had everything that we required and plenty of shelves in the bathroom. Parking was outside our door in the courtyard. very good value for money in an expensive town.

We did not have our breakfast in the hotel as it was served in the very samll reception area. But the cafes by the harbour all served a very good breakfast for 7 euros.

Relaxing and friendly and had parking space. They let us in as soon as we arrived even though we were very early. Breakfast was expensive but ok. All in all would use it again if we went back to the area.

Could do with kettles and coffee/tea in the room. As it was out of season there was building work going on but that was ok.

Very friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We were recommended a very good local restaurant which did not disappoint. Easy access to Honfleur centre. A very good breakfast served to our room. Room very pleasant with nice touches in decor.

Only that our bed was rather too hard for our taste.

Our room was really huge.. Was more like a studio. Very close to the city and not in the city itself.. So no noise at all. Super value for money

Long hill walk to & from town

We loved the location of Hotel Monet - just out of the madding crowd but an easy and pleasant walk to everything. The best part of this hotel is the owners - very welcoming and helpful with lots of good ideas and advice for things to do. Take their advice on places to eat - we did ad had some amazing meals.

The WiFi reception was weak - could be fixed with a more powerful wiress router

Quirky, friendly staff, free secure car parking, less than 10 mins walk into centre town

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good english. We love walking and they had a good collection of guides to walks in the area. They were very helpful on restaurants to eat out at and those to avoid for value for money. We enjoyed having an area outside the room where we could sit in especially the deckchairs and cold beers after a long walk. Plenty of car parking on the road outside.

There was alot of noise from 8 til 7 from extension work being carried out, but this was unavoidable, and the extension will improve the hotel. Otherwise a quite restful stay.

Friendliness ad helpfulness of proprietors, we also liked very much the new decor of the room, v good taste and user friendly, especially cupboards in bathroom!

nothing we didnt like - except France is proving so expensive now that our sterling pound is so weak!!

Vriendelijke ontvangst, schone kamers, lekker ontbijt wat je heerlijk kunt eten op je eigen terras. En in de avond een lekkere kop koffie met likeurtje in het zonnetje is echt genieten. De service is echt top. We hebben genoten van ons driedaags verblijf in dit hotel. Echt een aanrader.

Voor ons was er niets wat tegenviel. Echt een heerlijk hotel.

Localisation calme, on peut laisser la voiture et se balader à pied.Parking dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel sinon les places extérieures ne sont pas payantes.Le centre ville n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pied. Personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner complet. Les chambres sont très propres. Idéal pour couples ou amis.

Le Wifi ne passe pas dans toutes les chambres.

Ensemble très moyen, des tarifs élevés par rapport à d autres établissement mieux situés dans le centre d'honfleur.
