Excellent location between train station and town center. Modern, clean and staff very friendly and helpfull. Noon check out ensures a lazy morning on departure day. Bath in room. |

Friendly, efficient staff at Reception. Lovely and quiet, clean room with pretty view of inner courtyard with foliage and atrium. Beautiful building with very good facilities. Breakfast room seemed understaffed - for example, eggs and bacon trays empty and quite a wait for replenishing on each of the three mornings; also tables didn't seem to get cleared quickly enough to keep up with number of guests coming and going. But the breakfast was great when we got it and surroundings lovely! |

Nice and small hotel near City center and old town. Hotel was clean and personnel was helpful. Breakfast was buffet and it was ok. Designing of the toilet door..Louver on door was't nice.. |

Excellent access to the station, easy walking distance to town, pleasant staff. Breakfast room was crowded and coffee and food were disappearing faster than they were replenished. The breakfast room normalised after the departure of a tour group, but the room seemed too small for the ambition of the hotel. |

Personable desk staff all of whom spoke English. They came up with some very good restaurant recommendations nearby. Excellent breakfast. Very easy walk to train station which has 8 minute trains to airport running throughout the day. |

Location central. 5 mins walk to Place Kleber, 10 mins to Petite France. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast pretty good (continental style but plenty of it). Overnight valet parking in secure garage only 12 Euros. Room was functional and a bit pokey - no enticement to spend any time there other than to sleep. Perfectly ok as a stopover for a night, but don't make it your only choice if looking for a romantic break! |

The staff was excellent. Manager and front desk staff went out of the way to be helpful. The breakfast included was a pleasant suprise and the location is great. Rooms are clean and spacious We would definitley recommend and stay there again. Great value |
