Excellent location convenient to the train station, sites of interest and shopping. The included breakfast was outstanding, the room was well-appointed and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. |

the friendliness of the staff and the facilities in general if you were late for breakfast but stil within the designated tme for breakfast a lot of the food was gone and not replaced |

Personable desk staff all of whom spoke English. They came up with some very good restaurant recommendations nearby. Excellent breakfast. Very easy walk to train station which has 8 minute trains to airport running throughout the day. |

Location central. 5 mins walk to Place Kleber, 10 mins to Petite France. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast pretty good (continental style but plenty of it). Overnight valet parking in secure garage only 12 Euros. Room was functional and a bit pokey - no enticement to spend any time there other than to sleep. Perfectly ok as a stopover for a night, but don't make it your only choice if looking for a romantic break! |

The staff was excellent. Manager and front desk staff went out of the way to be helpful. The breakfast included was a pleasant suprise and the location is great. Rooms are clean and spacious We would definitley recommend and stay there again. Great value |

Very pretty room with a little balcony. Had air-conditioner, separate toilet and internet.Within walking distance to historic area. We liked it. You needed a garage attendant everytime you needed your car |

The room was pleasant and modern The bathroom shower didn't have any door, so while taking the shower the water was a little bit on the wooden floors. It doesn't do good for the floors...Also the the bathroom door didn't rest closed. Otherwise the bathroom was very nice. |

On arrival, front desk very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Immediately assisted with making reservations for a moderately priced, but excellent classical French meal. When my family and I went down for breakfast, the food line had not been re-stocked nor had the tables been re-set. It took 30 minutes for additional food to be put on the buffet line. Except for this, the stay was perfect. |

Liked the fact that the hotel had parking but would have preferred not to have to have paid for it. Liked the complimentary breakfast. Liked the very helpful service of staff. Useful safe bike store. Fairly central location - near the station if we had have wanted to use it. Liked the fact that it had a bath. The size of the room was small although it had everything you would need and was very clean. The breakfast room was under staffed.. |

Room was very spacious and comfortable. At first we had a problem with our aircondition but it was handled very professionally and within a few minutes it was resolved. Great location. Good breakfast. Value for money price. Strasbourg was an excellent choice. Looking forward to going there again and staying at the Best Western Monopole Metropole! Blow dryer in the room |
