Very comfortable bed, updated bath, kettle for tea, great breakfast, proximity to train station while also walking distance to historic centre, very friendly and competent reception.

Small, cramped room. Very limited breakfast, would have liked some basic offerings such as low fat milk. Coffee just awful. 'Fitness room' is not a realistic description, less than basic, not worth using

I had accidentally booked the wrong evening which meant that the full amount was taken from my credit card. When I phone and re-booked, the hotel was happy to only charge me for the correct booking. Helpful staff. Good location.

Very modern accents in lobby and room - smart and sleek. The breakfast room was charming and the breakfast much more than you would expect from the description as "continental", rather it was filled with breads, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, fresh cream and yogurt, scrambled eggs and sausage, juices, and coffees ...

We like everything , localization, room, service...The breakfast is excelent.

All the staff I encountered, from reception, dining and housekeeping, were wonderful - polite, helpful and extremely honest. The room was spotless and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends as it was by far the stand-out of all the places I stayed on my trip. It is also ideally placed if you're arriving by train and about a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town. Thanks so much to the staff of this lovely hotel for contributing to the wonderful experience I had visitng your beautiful city - I wish I'd stayed longer!

Really friendly staff, a lovely room with a large and modern bathroom. Great breakfast and fantastic location between the station and old town. Also, we arrived at 10am and they allowed us to check in straight away. A super hotel.

The hotel looks relatively new refurbished, it was clean and smelled cleaned. The breackfest was good (ham, cheese, fresh bread ...). It was close to all turistic attractions. The underground parking was a plus, indeed with small entrance.

The staff were very helpful with recommending a restaurant for dinner - there are so many in Strasbourg that it is overwhelming. After a day wandering around, I was really pleased to go somewhere close to the hotel that had a geniune atmosphere and excellent food. The hotel was located well for the station and easy to find.

There was a respect and dignity for personal comfort and privacy. The double doors were convenient and a great sound barrier. The decoration was appealing and the rooms comfortable
