I liked the location - nice, safe neighbourhood with plenty of cafes / restaurants and close to the metro. The room (and bathroom) was clean and quiet. The room was basic - hardest bed and smallest shower I had ever encountered! I suspect there are some nicer rooms. |

Friendliness of the staff - rooms were clean no lift, very narrow stairs, no help from the staff to carry luggages; fortunately I was given a room on first floor! Breakfast too expensive compared to actual offer. Rooms are really small, though this is the standard for a three stars in Paris. |

Great hotel in great location. Not a tourist area of Paris yet very safe area with nice local services and right on the metro line. On first day I took a 10 min walk to the seine then round to the Eiffel tower and onto the galleries and monument. Hotel room was cleaned very well every day and cleaning staff waited till I had left room after a lie in one morning. Checked in at 1am with no problem either. Would stay again |

The hotel is nice, and in a quiet area of town; there are 2 metro stops at walking distance. Room was very clean, shower unit is quite tiny though. It was really hot (I was soaked in sweat even after a cold shower) and there is no airconditioning. They should at least have fans in the room. Did not pull the curtains back b/c there were birds just outside and I did not want to stand the chance of one of them getting in. Guess its not conventional, but they may also put a gauze/net over the window. |

it was alright for a budget hotel but rude staff. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Anything you asked the receptionist he responded with 'it is not my job.' |

The hotel is a peacefull place. Apart from that I had the chance to pay half of the normal rate so it was a great discount offer. Lack of a lift is a small inconvinience. |

The hotel has a good location, it is near the metro station and is really quiet. In case you only want to spend the nights here, it is the right hotel. The rooms are small and basic. In the morning there was always noise from the inside yard. |

The hotel is in no way a luxury hotel, but for the price, it is very nice. Rooms are small and basic. The hotel staff is excellent - extremely nice, friendly and helpful - especially Patrick and Natalie. If you are just looking for a hotel to 'sleep' in, this place works great There are no amenities (restaurant, bar, internet cafe, etc), however, I would stay here again. |

1-the curtains were not good ,so because of light i could not sleep sunset. 2-on saturday morning the watter got cold ,i think maybe because of high usage of water |
