Great location. Luxury accommodations. Upgrade due to being there out of season. Staff a bit French. It was MY fault that I didn't tell them that I had both an iPhone and laptop to connect to the Internet, with the result that I got locked out of the Wifi. The first member of staff told me that I was wrong that the pool had a wave resistance machine that didn't seem to work. The second member of staff told me that I was right and that it had been disconnected due to noise complaints from hotel guests. Breakfast is stupidly expensive at 20 Euros/head.

Quality of massage Spa is tiny. Jacuzzi didn't work. No hammam. Housekeeping badly run. Breakfast on the Sunday cold coffee!! No concierge service. Comments made to director who said she would take care of these issues.

We liked the atmosphere. The beautiful surroundings with countryside and the mountains and skiing even if it was not a lot of snow in early April. Megeve is a pritty village and very nice. We liked the restaurants. We didn't like the prices overall but I suppose that's Megeve. People very friendly. I think the price is a bit over the top for a classic room. But we were upgraded so can't complain.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'accueil du personnel, le confort et la déco des chambres, et de l'hôtel en général. Une petite réserve au niveau du spa: le jacuzzi n'était pas chauffé et la propeté des contours de la piscine n'est pas parfaite....

bonne situation au centre du village, qualité du spa et gentillesse du personnel du spa les chambres sur rue sont très bruyantes (impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes), 2 restaurants ou boites de nuit ouvertes très tard au pied de l'hôtel avec gens très bruyants stationnant devant les dits-établissements, balcon agréable mais chaise inutilisable sans nettoyage préalable!

Le salon Georges où l'on prend le thé, l'après-midi, très cosi. Les chambres dites Club sont vraiment trop petites. La mienne N°402 manque d'éclairage, il a fallu réclamer une lampe supplémentaire pour pouvoir écrire sur la table. Une seule chaise ne permet pas de prendre le petit déjeuner à deux sur cette table. Un des deux doit être assis sur le bord du lit. Sans déplacer un énorme fauteuil il est impossible d'accéder au frigo. Tout cela est un peu dommage.

Dommage que dans un Hôtel si prestigieux et luxueux le personnel intermittent quoique de bonne volonté ne soit pas toujours à la hauteur : table d'apéritif pas nettoyées, serveur à la chemise tachée, linge de toilette sale enlevé dans les salles de bains mais pas remplacé, et un manque de lumière dans les chambres.

Tutto eccessivamente buio!!! La hall, le sale, I corridoi e, soprattutto le camere: un'impresa truccarsi o farsi la barba I pieno giorno non solo in bagno ma ovunque nella camera. E dire che splendeva sempre un meraviglioso e luminoso sole. Ma solo all'esterno!

ロケーションもサービスもとてもよかったです。 レストランの食事は悪くなかったですが、少し割高でした。プレステージルームで快適でしたが、部屋は普通の- ホテルのスタンダードルーム並みの広さで、間違いではないかと思わず確認をしてしまいました。

L'accueil dans cet établissement est plus qu'impeccable!Le petit déjeuner est très sympa et bon.Le personnel service chambre est très compétent. Il mériterait d'un peu de neuf dans les chambres: intérieur des armoires à rafraîchir ! Manque d'éclairage dans le chambre et surtout mauvais éclairage dans la salle de bain et un manque de place pour ranger son nécessaire de toilette.
