The location is wonderful. The room was modest but comfortable but the price outrageious for what is offered. Two mornings I had to ask about hot water...for some reason there was none. We paid 100 euros extra for a deluxe romm which was at best modest. The breakfst was not included because we had book through an agency. |

Some nice attention to detail. Staff escort to our room. A welcome letter. The room was smart with modern decor. For Paris the room was fairly spacious. The breakfast, although expensive (no more so than other hotels), was very good quality and slightly cheaper than advertised if you choose the a la carte option. The weather was cold and we had a fault with our room heating which the staff responded to very quickly. Although they couldn't fix the technical problem (it was Saturday night) they quickly provided a portable heater which warmed the room very quickly. |

The maid services, linens, towels and bed were all truly worthy of a 4 star hotel. The room was painfully small. The bathroom even more so- there was no room for toiletries. The haughty staff refused to consider a room change- I made the error of booking a "special" rate- with payment in advance- what could one do? It may be a 4-star hotel but the starts are painfully small! Do not expect an early check-in. This request was ignored as were others as witnessed in the hotel lobby |

Wonderful location. Value for money...but this is a comment about Paris hotels generally, they are very expensive for what you get! |

Very nice hotel, well situated, very friendly staff! It took us awhile to turn on the lights - there is a master switch for electricity, not really a bad point, just wish it was pointed out to us. |

staff were brilliant. location was fantastic. help staff offered for dinner reservations and taxis was a real help. building work going on opposite and therefore impacted relaxing nature of sitting outside for a drink in bar. also got charged for minibar items and received invoice for these one week after we had left - still in conversation about wanting a refund! |

Staff superb, location ideal, room very nice and comfortable, clean, well appointed. We stayed in a deluxe room- not large by U.S. standards but larger than average for Paris. All front desk staff went above and beyond to help us with many different requests. The concierge stayed an hour past the end of his night shift to help us make some travel arrangements. Very helpful, friendly! Paris is expensive, especially with the decline of the dollar vs. The euro. It would be nice if the hotel was not so pricey, but we knew that going in. The location and convenience and (breakfast included) lessened the pain. |
