Les chambres sont vraiment trop petites ! Travaux en cours et ascenseur en panne, inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing et à ce prix. Madame Figaro pas dispo le samedi, dommage.

The staff were amazing - wonderful service, more helpful than you can believe, and so friendly. A fantastic location, and very beautiful & stylish.

Outstandingly courteous and friendly staffs, comfortable set-up, extremely clean beds and linens, outstanding foods at restaurant. Locates at very safe and quite area in walking distances to Museums & Seine river.

Old plumbings may need updated.

Shabby room definitely not 5 star . Very bad value shower was faulty was given misleading info re travel depressing room would not supply a kettle as I needed hot water to take medication only left a bottle of water one day was given incorrect onfo re flight change overpriced in every way and I shall be writing a letter to the manager .I was very busy so did not have time to say anything at the tima and quite frankly did not expect to get an acceptable reply . when I mentioned my dissatisfaction as I checked out , the girl was rather indifferent and agreed it was not up to scratch and it was going to be rennovated .I had to reluctantly stay an extra night because of snow and travel . I feel so upset by the whole experience and it ruined my trip and the misinformation caused a lot of of hassle and an extra night . I feel I should be reinbursed for at least one night . I stayed at a 3 star the night before which was superior in comfort and relaxation.It is a cold and unconfortable hotel

It is our second time. Great location for a mutch better price than the champ elysse hotels. Still a 5 star boutique hotel. Concierge and hotel staff very attentive and knowledgable

The location and luxury of the actual room:Double superior. The weather in October was fantastic too and the terrasses bar nice at near midnight-outside!

It was pricy compared to the Novotel, Les Halles where we were last time. The breakfast I'm afraid was well below a 4* or 5* boutique as they claimed. We have travelled a lot in European capitals and this was by far the worst breakfast ever, Croissants would have been expected instead of the dry hard crust rolls with all extra side dishes of bacon etc as extra charges making up to 30e each. We ate at a local cafe on the second day. Self service would have been preferable to the waitress service which obviously cost. All other Booking.com hotels have been excellent for food: Prague, Istanbul,Interlaken, Stockholm-wherever

The location of this hotel is wonderful, so easy to walk to main attractions and is in a charming neighbourhood.

The location is amazing. Just about five blocks from Musee D'Orsay and just about the same distance from Blvd. St. Germain shopping. The staff was amazingly helpful. Gilles, the concierege, was a tremendous help. The maid service was wonderful, the dining service, front desk...it was all top notch. We had a suite on the 4th floor which accomodated our two children (10/14) and my husband and me. The room was much larger than I thought it would be, the bathroom was updated and modern and we can't say enough great things about the hotel.

The only thing that was a slight bummer was that there was construction near by, so there was a "staging area" outside the front of the hotel. The hotel did its best to add greenery and such to the front of the patio so when you sat outside, you were looking at greenery and not a metal, temporary building. But, even with that, it was still great. We had breakfast out there and had drinks out there, and I can only imagine it will be much better when that construction is completed.

Location. Instant hot water and good pressure. Top quality toiletries. Great Internet connection. Quality towels and good room servicing. Helpful and efficient doorman.pleasant staff behi d reception.

On arrival, after 3 room not ready. Took another 45 mins! Foyer area dirty, floor and 2 cream leather chairs filthy! Terrible smell through all public areas. Worst in foyer and downstairs. Furniture and furnishings in room tired. Carpet needed a clean and walls need repainting. Hot in Paris ! Aircon in room good but one in foyer bar and downstairs as doors left open. Had to go to hotel next door for drinks as too unpleasant at ours. All easily remedied with good management!! They did a big clean in foyer Friday morning including chairs! Smell a bit less think it was rubbish finally cleared out.

It was in a great location in Paris. You can walk to all the sights, without taking the metro all over. The personal were great. Just wonderful.

Upon my arrival, after checking in, there was a large construction site outside the hotel.Every morning we were woken up at 7 am to horrible noise. Banging ,drilling, and a portable office being lifted up on top of another.Why wasnt the rooms facing this ,blocked so no one would have to listen to the terrible noise.I Did ask about it ,and the man behind the desk said he was sorry for the noise, but it was out of his hands. It was a city underground parking. A very very noisy stay.Not even a free breakfast for the construction noise.grrrr

Nice neighborhood, pleasant porfessional staff, comfortable bed.

For $400/night, expected a larger room. Instead, it was tiny, and the bathroom was even smaller--taking a real shower flooded the floor.

A fantastic hotel and stunning location for enjoying the left bank. Staff excellent and very helpful when needed. I could not fault the hotel at all. We had a super 3 night stay there.

edle Einrichtung,von einem namhaften frs. Designer gestaltet, (Christian Liaigre) ,beste Lage mitten im schönsten Teil von Paris, in St.Germain.Gute Küche im Bistro im Erdgeschoss, leider sehr teuer. Nettes Personal.

eigentlich keine Mängel bis auf eine Kleinigkeit: Die Klimaanlage war nicht regulierbar-war aber in der Jahreszeit (Mai) kein großes Problem

Fomos muito bem recepcionados por toda a equipe do Hotel, sempre muito prestativos e educados. A localização é perfeita, a limpeza do quarto, café da manhã, tudo ótimo.

O primeiro quarto que ficamos era muito pequeno, mal cabia a minha mala aberta. Quando retornamos ficamos em um quarto um pouco maior.

все за 250 евро в сутки прекрасно. но все таки этот отель не 5 звезд , а 4 звезды.но и цена соответствует. приедем через год с детьми если конечно поймаю акцию
