The kindness of the staff. Everybody was very nice and helpfull. The food was very good. They do not have ski boots dryer.

réellement honteux de qualifier cet hotel de 3 étoiles , Tout est déplorable a l extérieur de la chambre , très correcte. Personnel n 'ayant que sa bonne volonté pour essayer de palier à des installations dignes d'un VVF des années 1970 .C est juste incroyable , mécontement général de tous les gens croisés ! Comment est ce possible dans les Alpes en 2011 de voir des prix tels pour un produit pareil !!! C une honte , il faut que ca se sache !!!

l'espace de la chambre non professionnel état lamentable pas du tout un trois étoiles petit déjeuner très peu copieux repas :sans commentaire; tout sauf un cuisinier juste propre dans la chambre accueil vers le bar pas de lumière,pas de cheminée,des gens viennent manger leur pizza , ou autre (un vrai "moulin") hôtel non géré,non managé cela se sent ,se voit avoir un emplacement pareil!! et être le seul trois étoiles à la Tania!! pour se retrouver dans des conditions aussi déplorables!! nous avons pris des photos et faire circuler sur internet pour que d'autres personnes ne se fassent pas avoir tous les commerçants autour sont au courant, savent qu'il n'y a que des gens de passage mais que les insatisfactions sont toujours les mêmes les habitants de courchevel au Praz sont aussi au courant!!! la marge, l'argent...peu importe le résultat t

de locatie Smakeloos eten, beddengoed werdt niet veschoond tijdens verblijf ook niet bij zichtbare bloedvlekken door ongelukje, geen geld terug bij eerder vertrek, sigarettenlucht in de toilets op de kamer, gedateerde inrichting.

Excelente ubicación a pie de pistas. Fabuloso trato del personal del restaurante. Spa adecuado para después de una jornada de esquí La calefacción no estaba puesta todo el día con lo que había momentos en lo que faltaba algo de calor. Los guantes de esquí no se secaban del todo

Situation geographique Personnel parlant anglais uniquement, manque d'organisation et de professionalisme, le personnel semblait un peu débordé par les évènements aussi bien en réception, au bar et au restaurant. Le fait d'avoir eu 50% était une aubaine au plein tarif la prestation n'aurait pas été à la hauteur.

Situation au pied des pistes, sauna et hammam, gentillesse du personnel. L'état insalubre de l'hotel lors de notre arrivée suite au passage d'un groupe, la déco des chambres et le mobilier un peu passé d'age.

Персонал оставляет желать лучшего. Номера просторные, аккуратные. Для лыж отдельное помещение, правда шкафы без подогрева, лыжы могут не высохнуть до следующего дня. Расположен рядом с подъемником.
