Near the city (~15-20min walk), clean and recent rooms, good breakfast! Helpful staff. Poor sound isolation within hotel. |

Nothing out the normal for a 3 star city hotel, the rooms were average, clean and tidy, however the staff were very friendly and most helpful. No restaurant on the premises, the buffet breakfast was good with a good choice. |

Reception were very helpful when checking in as we asked them to check out a few things for us about an event and they went onto the web and answered all our questions before we left reception. Ideal location - tram around the corner. 10 minute easy work to the center of the city otherwise |

Good value for money. Close to the Tam/Tram service & an excellent gym/swimming pool. Not far from Bus Stop for the airport bus less than 5 mins walk. |

Hotel staff were helpful and cheerful particularly at reception. The cleaning staff always said "bonjour" with a smile! One night my room was smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. It must have been from an adjacent room. |

I found the hotel to be in a perfect location, in a quiet area only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre. The room met with all our needs although it was a little compact. Beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless and appear to have been newly decorated. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. I felt the hotel represented very good value for money and would have no hesitation recommending it to my friends. |

It was really very good value. The staff was very prompt in confirming my reservation and offering alternatives, as I booked a double room for the 3 of us and thought we could squeeze in an extra bed. Turns out the hotel had self-contained apartments which was very suitable for us. The apartments are due for a reburfishment. It would be good to have eggs for breakfasts. And maybe there should be a directional sign leading to the hotel at the tram stop, Leon Blum. We got lost for a while after getting down from tram as the Antigone buildings kind of look the same to us. |

Convenient location for the city centre and very good value. I booked two double rooms for 4 adults. The quote we received when booking was that the car parking charge for the day would be €8 whereas we were charged €9 and though the four of us had breakfast together, my wife and I were charged the quoted price of €9 each, whereas my friends were charged €10 each. Because of the sum involved we did not raise the iswsue with the hotel. |

Very pleasant staff. 2 mns' walk to modern shopping centre and 10 mns to historic part. Quiet rooms. Small rooms , not comfortable for tourists, ideal for business people. Ours had a tiny window looking out on a school, one chair and very stark decor (or lack of it!) |

The decor is new and attractive, so are the bedroom furniture and furnishing. The bathroom is modern, though compact. The hotel is located in a safe area, and the availability of parking in the hotel garage was a big plus. The staff were all pleasant. Though the hotel is a good ten-minute walk away from the Place de la Comedie, the tram runs close by. |

We liked our stay very much. Stuff is very helpfull, the girl from recemption showed us main city sights and recommended restaurants and best places to go. Hotel is within 15 minutes from the pedestrian city center. Rooms look recently renovated and very comfortable. We also stayed in the hotel from Kyriad network in Marseilles, and it's also excellent value for money and high quality and comfort. |

We found the staff were lovely from the moment we arrived right up until we got in the taxi which they organised for us. The rooms were great. Very clean, really comfortable beds, great bathroom and the basic facilities (e.g. tea, coffee and kettle) were very much appreciated. |

Very polite and helpful staff, spoke many languages well. Very close to the old town by foot. The room was nice, although a bit small, but really comfortable bed and stylish bathroom. |
