Staff very friendly and helpful and all spoke English. Location ideal for both old and new parts of the city. Near a tram stop. A short walk to bars and restaurants.

The breakfast was a little limited in choice.

Very efficient. Staff spoke English and helpful. Quiet room and good variety at breakfast. From front of railway take tram to Leon Blum station. Hotel is less than 5 mins. away. Excellent tram service

The fact that the main gardens were closed for work. Still worth the walk up there. or take tram to Albert station and walk back

When I arrived my room was immediately changed to one away from the street without me asking. I was in Montpellier for a conference and immediately met some colleagues staying at the hotel.

Within walking distance of the city centre and also close to the tram stop. Room is clean and modern. Staff are very welcoming.

In a really quiet area but just a ten minute walk from place de la comedie so you get the best of both worlds. Modern, clean room and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

I would have liked a safe in the room for our valuables

Very easy to arrive, stay and leave with a car. Only 15 minute walk to the center of the city through Antigone and mall. Clean and comfortable room. Good value.

The only downside is that you can hear other guests in the hallway opening and closing their room doors and the walk to the city center.

Staff were all excellent, really helpful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location is great, just round the corner from Place de l' Europe (lovely waterfront area), hotel is within Antigone area (shops and cafes), close to tram and bus stops, only 10 minutes walk away from main town amenities.

The bathroom was reformed and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very well located to the centre of the city and well communicated by tram, and 2-3 stops from the train station.

The foyer of the hotel lets it down, it's quite antiquated. Because of negative comments here re: the breakfast, we skipped it. The pillows were really thick and they hadWe heard our neighbours on one side a lot, don't know if it was because of the walls or just because they were noisy, door slamming people.

It was easy to get into the city centre via the tram It had excellent secure parking The staff were very helpful and it was very good value for money

Reasonable prices

No airconditioning in room as whole system was shut due to it being winter. It was october but it was still warm and we couldn't open the windows due to safety reasons

Would be nice if some food was available as restaurants are not that near.

We had an early morning flight out of Montpellier and needed a hotel close the airport shuttle but also wanted to be close to restaurants in the city. This hotel was perfect, 5 minute walk to Leon Blum tram and 5 minute walk to the shuttle.

Nothing it was a very good choice for us.

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Shower in the room was one of the best I've encountered! Very clean and comfortable.
