The hotel is a beautiful old mansion that is located a short drive from Mont St. Michel with a nice courtyard for relaxing with a beverage of your choice. |

The garden is lovely as is the singing of birds around the hotel. We were grateful to be fifteen kilometers from Le Mont St. Michel - a lovely approach and easy drive. |

Location in the centre of Pontorson, good access to free parking, internet access. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Is there really a need to charging for wireless internet access? |

The staff were very nice & there was a warm atmosphere there. I had a reserved a double superior twin & I as very disappointed with what I got. The room was really small, very cold (there was only sheets & blankets on the beds, no warm quilts) & unfortunately quite noisy (I was able to hear other guests going to the bathroom!). There is no way the room should be described as a double twin superior!!! |

la 1ère impression de l'hotel est très bonne, mais la chambre 28 était petite, avec une salle de douche encore plus petite, problème d'évacuation des toilettes.bref ce n'était pas digne d'un 3étoiles.par contre litterie excellente! la salle de douche! |

L'hôtel a un certain charme mais qui, pour ma part, ne me correspond pas : parquet d'époque, meubles anciens, etc. Le personnel est néanmoins accueillant et prévenant et l'hôtel très calme et reposant : bien que complet, nous n'avons a aucun moment entendu nos voisins. Le prix est vraiment trop élevé et n'est pas justifié (celui du petit déjeuner non plus). D'autres hôtels situés plus près du Mont Saint Michel sont moins chers. |

Le contact très positif avec le personnel: Service, sympathie, discrétion. "Pas aimé", c'est beaucoup dire. Disons que le prix du petit déjeuné est fort élevé et il manque la possibilité de manger des oeufs au plat. Hotel a effectivement du charme. Cependant, "c'est fait pour optenir cet effet" et non pas "c'est endroit a naturellement du charme". Pour le dire autrement : la déco "fait charme", n'est pas charme pour autant. |

De stijl van het hotel (autenticiteit), het onthaal van de gasten en de ruime kamers. Het toilet werkte niet naar behoren. Het ontbijtbuffet was eerder beperkt en omvatte geen volgranen producten: alleen toast- en stokbrood. |
