Dobra atmosfera , czystość , bardzo dobra łazienka.

the hotel is in the centre, between many tourist attractions. the disctrict is nice and interesting. the rooms were clean and nice. breakfast is quite enough. (Samo centrum, blisko wielu atrakcji, ładne i czyste pokoje, sniadanie skromne ale wystarczajace, w cenie hotelu co nie zdarza sie w Paryzu czesto).

the negotiations with stuff about payment. It took us 3 days to convinced that the hotel took the money from the card, we had to bring "evidence" (bill from the bank etc). Im a journalist, travelling a lot and writing a lot also about hotels. So such situation is a image disaster for any hotel. (Chcieli dwukrotnie obciazyc nas za pobyt, mnostwo czasow i nerwow zajely negocjacje i udowodnienie im, ze zdazyli juz pobrac raz pieniadze z karty. Robili z nas idiotow, co jest szczegolnie denerwujace.

Good location

Extremly poor breakfast!!! Very cramped elevator, paint smell in room.

The staff were both very pleasant and accomodating. The room was cosy and the hotel was being decorated when we arrived. Breakfast was ample.

The shower head needed a static attatchment on the wall.

Buena ubicacion,proximo a para de metro , caminando hasta la opera 10 min ... limpio,agradable,buena calidad en relacion al precio.el personal no hablan español , pero son muy agradables

Nos dieron una habitacion en la primera planta, con vistas a la avenida y habia mucho ruido. Se lo comentamos al personal y muy atentos nos la cambiaron.

Bona ubicació a la Rue Lafayette, barri de l'Òpera, al costat de dues estacions de metro. Molt bona atenció per part del personal de l'hotel.

La neteja de l'habitació es podria millorar

Le rapport qualité/prix, le quartier et l'amabilité du personnel.

Perfecto para dormir y salir a visitar la ciudad. La habitacion, aunque no era muy grande, estaba limpia, y la hubicacion del hotel (a 10 minutos andando de la Opera y a otros 10 de la estacion de tren) es muy buena. El desayuno es correcto y el personal del hotel, aunque no hablan español, siempre intentar ayudarte, siendo bastante amables.

Algunos ruidos de la calefaccion en la habitacion, que solucionamos cortando un radiador durante la noche. Por otro lado se escucha de vez en cuando el paso de trenes del RER (y eso que estabamos en la quinta planta). La caja de seguridad de la habitacion no funcionaba, pero nos ofrecieron utilizar sin sobrecoste la de la recepcion.

Hotel muy céntrico, el personal es muy amable. Recién restaurado y limpio. Calidad / Precio muy buena.

En general nada a disgusto, como comentario decir que la cama era un poco demasiado blanda.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen, de wijk waar het in ligt is erg levendig met veel gezellige restaurants en barretjes. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgt in het hotel.prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed,vooral voor een hotel midden in parijs. Omdat het hotel aan een drukken weg ligt is het aan te raden om oordopjes mee te nemen.

de kamers zien er op het oog prima uit, alleen is alles niet echt stabiel, kast viel bijna uit elkaar, klinken van de deuren zaten los, trap in he hotel is scheef. Verder was de kamer stoffig en was er geen douche gordijn in de douche waardoor heel de badkamer nat werd.

la atencion del personal ha sido muy agradable

El personal muy agradable. Tiene ascensor y el desayuno está muy bien.

Удачное расположение, рядом Опера, кафе, рестораны, магазины. При заселении мы три раза просили поменять номер: первый был - без холодильника и с окнами во двор-колодец. второй на 6 этаже - и видимо только после ремонта, т.к. БЕЗУМНО пахло краской., третий - оказался вполне пригодным для жизни: с видом на улицу, и с мини-баром. Думали попросят доплату - ан нет :)

Уезжали из отеля в 07.30 утра, с вечера подошли на ресепшн, попросили завтрак на 07 утра. Сказали, нет проблем! Утром, когда спустились - оказалось, что никто никому ничего не передал, и для нас некому готовить завтрак... Мелочь конечно....
