Location cannot be better than this
More showers needed.
The hotel is so dirty...
The workers outside renewing the hotel and you could see the scaffold and their movement in the morning , without elevator upper side of the hotel is like climbing Everest. The room was small and the walls swell due to raining outside, it was not a hotel but an average hostel .not recommended to anyone
The location is great for exploring the lovely area of Montmatre, plenty of facilities nearby such as shops, cafés, restaurants and the Metro.
The hotel itself feels old and tired. It does not feel very clean and the rooms are in poor condition. We were on the 6th (top) floor and there is no lift. The breakfast system was not explained to us when we arrived but other than that the staff were friendly and fairly helpful.
There were bedbugs all over! They new but didn't care. Shower was broken. Changed rooms, still bedbugs and a broken shower. And there was mold in the bathroom, hairs in the bed and all over the floor. The price didn't made us expect a lot, but this?!
Very good location!! Near McDonalds. All guests can use fridge and facilities in kitchen.
One of my friends has bitten by bed bugs. Room is quite small for 4 people.
The pictures on the website are deceiving! When we got there we had 2 rooms. One room had mold on on the ceiling in the bathroom, and both rooms had mold all in the shower. One room for sure had bedbugs! Our family members stayed in that room and the next day had bites on them and one member of my family saw several of them in the bed and in the bathroom. The hotel is located in a horrible part of town. One night when we were returning from being out a beggar was in the lobby fighting with the guy at the reception desk. We had to move out of the way so the guy could get him out. I wouldnt even give this hotel a one star. Really it needs to be shut down. Worst experience of our lives!
Good value for money. Fresh and clean private bathroom. The same goes for the shared toilets and showers. Close proximity to Gare du Nord and metro stops Barbés-Rochecouart and Anvers - less than ten minutes into city centre. Really close to Sacré Coeur and Place du Tertre. Nice staff, although make sure to brush up on your French when conversing with the breakfast ladies.
Make sure to bring ear-plugs as the walls are really thin.
Belignet- near all important tourist activities. Good customer care, frendly people
Accommodation for easy type to sleep. Nothing else wait.
Some guests complained about bedbugs.Poor internet in the room
there is no air condition
Friendly and helpful receptionist. Hotel has free wifi in rooms!
Noisy neighborhood, you can hear everything from your room
Personel was very helpful and always had a smile. Very close to Sacré-Cœur
Location is also a bad side because the neighborhood was very unpleasant. No elevators, and it was exhausting to climb 5,6 stories of stairs
i like orientation of hotel
to much stairs to get to room no parking no sign of hotel wich was so bad to find it very dirty bathroom and hallways
In the 2 bedroom room there was no attached toilet and we have to use common toilet, which was really disappointing
Beds full of bed bugs.. Couldn't sleep whole night, my 8month baby was bitten all over and got infection. Also location is worst.. Too much noise from outside and not good area at all for family.
The walk AWAY from this hotel!
We booked a room for one night as a stop-gap between Disneyland and flying home, we didn't expect much for the price. We arrived and someone attempted to pick my pocket on the walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel looks pretty run down. The reception is on the first floor, so we had to carry 3 large suitcases and a pushchair up so we could check in. The smell of cooking was very strong throughout. We were on the 6th floor and had to climb the stairs as there was no lift, the carpets on the stairs were filthy and uneven. The room was dirty and was sloped because of the age of the building, there was a big open window that we had to keep closed because we had a young child and there was no safety rail, the beds were also dirty. We arrived at 8PM, we went for something to eat (walked as far from the area as possible) and left the hotel at 11.00PM. We decided it would be preferable to sleep on the floor of the airport.
Hotel is located at good location with walking distance of metro station and near market.
Door lock of washroom and drainage system of washbasin were not working properly.
Close to the basilica of Sacre Coeur ( around 5 min walk). Clean towels and linens. Clean room. A small kitchen available across lobby for warming up food and/or bringing your own.
I knew before hand the quality of the hotel, so I was not expecting much anyway... Rooms are old and some of them have trace of mold. My group was composed of an old couple of seniors and my family of 2 kids, the hotel doesn't have an elevator so for the seniors it was a hassle to go up 7 floor each day of our stay. No luck in changing rooms bc they were full. Staff not so friendly, and you need to pay before getting your room key. Sadly, if you want to have a better quality of a stay in Paris for your money, you need to stay outside the main attractions, or pay the price.
near the metro station
no lift, room is small
In Montmartre district 1 m stop away (location actually between 2 stops: Barbes Rochechouart and Anvers) from central railway station Gare du Nord toilet area renovated and relatively speaking bigger than the room itself (for 4 people) :-) More suitable for young people w/o kids and w/o luggage or too many expectations
No elevator and rooms starting from floor 3 in July room hot and w/o air conditioning or ventilation ! 1 hair-drier availabe ar reception shared fridge in the kitchen on 2nd floor house-cleaning leaves to be desired: at check-in found used wet towels in the bathroom Bedding is shabby and looks old and well-used Shower is either cold or hot-hot - not safe to use for children without supervision
Friendly staff, nice location (really close to Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge but quite far from Eiffel tower area, though easy public transport).
Room was quite cramped, Bedding not that clean (I did find a bug below my pillow which was unpleasant) Shower head broken (needed held up) Was out of the hostel most of the day anyway so wasn't too fussed.
Clean, friendly, reasonable, helpful. Kitchen is a great bonus. Sharing bathrooms was fine. Loved the location and relaxed atmosphere.
Very noisy at night and bed was not very comfortable.
It's barely a 1 star but it does what it says on the packet. No complaints.
