Comfortable room and good hotel amenities. Coffee in lobby bar was grossly overpriced (6 Euros for a double espresso). Towels in bath were very thin. I was very disappointed that while we booked a "standard" room it was really horrible (no upgrades in decades) and we had to "upgrade" to a "classic" room. There is no indication on the hotel's website or yours that "standard" rooms were so shoddy. |

Airport bus stopped directly outside hotel, hotel close enough to all attractions. Pleasantly surprised by size of room, great for 3 people. Apparantly they only have entertainment in the bar once a month, we were there for this and it created a good atmosphere in the bar. Itwould have been good if they had it more frequently. |

Entering the hotel gives a true sense of grandeur - the wide, sprawling concourse and reception, the retro-styling of the open-plan lounge area, the chic bar/cafe... Also, although I make a point when abroad of using the native language as much as possible, it was reassuring that the reception and hotel staff were fluent in English and this could be relied upon when I was out of my depth!!! |

The shower. The windows could not open. It is rather expensive and we were charged 15 euro extra for putting some drinks for the children in our fridge in the room. Then we were accused of using some drinks which was not true. |

The location was good. A short walk from Gare Montparnasse and the Metro. The area was interesting. The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable. |

It had a nice entrance way, it was in a central location only two minutes walk from the metro and there was a top rated restaurant attached to it. yes we paid £155 for one night it was meant to be a 4 star hotel our room was a disgrace. While it was tidy it clearly hadn't been updated since the late 70s wallpaper in the toilet was peeling and it has nothing 4 star about it apart from the price. |

The room was excellent, quiet, overall better than I expected for the rate I paid; the staff was very courteous and finally I liked the hotel location. 1- high cost of in-room WiFI. 2- guests are given free access to WiFi in the hotel public areas but reception is not good, except in the bar/lounge where it's good, but the costs of coffee/drinks are exorbitant. |

I stayed at Le Meridien Montparnasse primarily due to its location next to the train station and equally for the great value for the money. |

Only the location...otherwise they gave us a room behind the left so was too noisy...They brought the baby cot only up to the door and we had to carry it and put it in a suitable place...No enough soaps in the bathroom...Internet use in the hotel is not free like most of the hotels but you have to purchase and too expensive... I didn't like most of the things except the location... |

The room size was comfortably big as compared to other hotels in the same range. Free wi-fi in hotel lobby was very useful 1) The breakfast buffet at Euro 25 per person was very expensive and not worth the spread laid out on the buffet. There was no a la-carte option for breakfast in the restaurant. 2) The broadband in room was not reliable and often got disconnected. |

It is a standard hotel, clean and comfy. I will stay in it again if I need to. Someone in the front office was not professional at all, quite agressive when I asked him a question. |

Concierge desk was helpful and courteous. Check-in staff was also pleasant. Non-renovated floors are not to Starwood standards, and should not be put on market. Period. |

The room was pretty good size for the Europe's standards. Very clean. The Parisian breakfast T the bar was very good and not very expensive as at the restaurant. Location is also good, close to Metro. Hotel staff sometimes could be more attentive. |

Opon arrival we were very impressed with the foyer and were greeted and checked in promtly. The room was a good size and bathroom/beds were clean adn comfortable. We did not avail of the breakfast as it was €25 extra pp - which we thought was a bit steep. However there are plenty of cafes within walking distance to have breakfast. |
