I like the Lounge and the Bar . Another striking thing was there were a lot of international tourists at the hotel so interaction for a non-french speaking person was easier .The rooms were nice and comfortable too . . Service was poor. i asked for a spoon in the room service and i was told i would be charged 5 Euros for that n that was ridiculous . Apart from that no Tea and Coffee in the room was very strange too .Even the smallest hotels in the world offer Tea , Coffee facilities in the room .Also expect a better Gym from a meridian hotel |

Location was good for Metro and getting around Paris for sightseeing. Overpriced and other facilities (Bars & Resturants) in the area also well over priced. |

The size and comfort of the room, the pleasantness of the staff and the general ambiance of the hotel. The lack of reasonable 'english' tv channels. The excessive cost of the hotel breakfasts. |

Its location in the city and most of the city centre sites of international & historical importance. Yes. One of the first things I was asked for when I arrived at the hotel was my credit card in case there would be any additional charges. This may be common practice but I found it very irritating and got my break in the city of to a very bad start. As a result, I did not use any of the hotels facilities other than our bedroom. |

Nothing It was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was fabulous. The second time we had a sub standard room and we were charged the normal rate. The bathroom had soap residue everywhere around the bath area and the shower curtain had a very bad smell. The carpets and the walls in the entire room was extremely dirty. I would suggest that you check what type of room you will get before making a booking at this hotel. It is clear that there is a huge difference in the standards the rooms on different levels. |

I was part of a large tour group and thought they handled the crowd very well. The room and bed was confortable. The air conditioning worked very well and for that I was happy. The hotel is more of a luxury hotel, but showed signs of needing some remodeling as far as the decor in the rooms. |

The location and the size of the rooms! The concierge was marginally helpful. The hotel had a room available upon our arrival but if we wanted to check in before check-in time, we would have been required to pay an extra night's stay. Ridiculous! |

After arriving in the hotel i discover that their is no available room. I was able to receive the room 2541 at 4pm. That room was not good, and later one after my complain they give me room 309 which was better. I think that my booking was useless. |

I did not like the fact that the hotel was paid before I even arrived booking.com have a policy of only using the credit card as confirmation and payment is made at the hotel. ??? also the bathroom is not up to standard. It was really ugly and I think shower curtains are outdated and unhygienic. |

This is a modern hotel with decently sized rooms and refurbished bathrooms. The air conditioning worked extremely well. For international phone calls, their system was fantastic. They have the largest & fastest elevators of any hotel I saw while in France. We were on the 21st floor, so that was important. At that height, there was no road noise and the view out our window was great. All staff were friendly & helpful. We stayed here to blend our extra days with the Tour we were joining. Overall we were very comfortable and I would say it provides decent $ value. We certainly never found reason to complain about our "classic" room. Easy to get to from CDG airport, but really on the outer edge of access to key tourist venues. You'll either do a lot of walking or pay for cabs, if you don't figure out the metro. Without the breakfast plan, you'll stroll several blocks to find a decently priced cafe that opens early. To recharge the camera or phone battery crawl under the vanity in the bathroom to find an available plug. Finally, they had the worst shampoo I've ever encountered anywhere - bring your own. Pretty trivial stuff - no charm, but in my opinion you're getting more comfort than is available at the average Parisien hotel - that's why our Tour company used it. |

Comfortable room and good hotel amenities. Coffee in lobby bar was grossly overpriced (6 Euros for a double espresso). Towels in bath were very thin. I was very disappointed that while we booked a "standard" room it was really horrible (no upgrades in decades) and we had to "upgrade" to a "classic" room. There is no indication on the hotel's website or yours that "standard" rooms were so shoddy. |

Airport bus stopped directly outside hotel, hotel close enough to all attractions. Pleasantly surprised by size of room, great for 3 people. Apparantly they only have entertainment in the bar once a month, we were there for this and it created a good atmosphere in the bar. Itwould have been good if they had it more frequently. |

Entering the hotel gives a true sense of grandeur - the wide, sprawling concourse and reception, the retro-styling of the open-plan lounge area, the chic bar/cafe... Also, although I make a point when abroad of using the native language as much as possible, it was reassuring that the reception and hotel staff were fluent in English and this could be relied upon when I was out of my depth!!! |

The shower. The windows could not open. It is rather expensive and we were charged 15 euro extra for putting some drinks for the children in our fridge in the room. Then we were accused of using some drinks which was not true. |
