personale gentile,camere pulite,all'arrivo al nostro arrivo poichè le nostre camere non erano ancora pronte(mattina)ci hanno dato delle camere superiori ma senza pagare nulla. poi la posizione dell'hotel era molto favorevole per gli spostamenti. non posso parlare male della strttura in generale. |

Qualitativamente buon hotel . Apprezzata riservatezza del personale con servizi di buon livello . Pulizia hotel e camere buone . Di livello internazionale i servizi . Prima colazione ed altri extra troppo cari. Internet poin a pagamento , in altri hotel è gratuito. |

Lo staff dell'hotel è gentilissimo. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale, vicino a 2 stazioni della metro e in un quartiere con moltissimi bistrot, café, localini e supermarket dove poter soddisfare le esigenze "culinarie". La camera era bella, pulita e confortevole. |

La posizione dell'hotel è buona: i collegamenti con il centro città sono assicurati dal metrò raggiungibile a breve distanza.La camera è molto confortevole e la pulizia è ottima.Gli operatori della reception sono molto cortesi e disponibili. |

vicinanza metrò la camera che inizialmente ci hanno assegnato al 23 piano era sporca e vecchia.,(non valeva il prezzo che abbiamo pagato) poi abbiamo fatto richiesta di cambiare e siamo passati al I piano, da poco ristrutturato. Questa camera andava bene. |

The location was excellent, being close to Metro stops and several shopping areas. The water pressure in the shower was very strong - a big plus. The bed was incredibly hard, the bathroom had dirty tiles in the shower and under the sink area, and we started with 4 pillows but ended up with only 2. |

I like the Lounge and the Bar . Another striking thing was there were a lot of international tourists at the hotel so interaction for a non-french speaking person was easier .The rooms were nice and comfortable too . . Service was poor. i asked for a spoon in the room service and i was told i would be charged 5 Euros for that n that was ridiculous . Apart from that no Tea and Coffee in the room was very strange too .Even the smallest hotels in the world offer Tea , Coffee facilities in the room .Also expect a better Gym from a meridian hotel |

Its location in the city and most of the city centre sites of international & historical importance. Yes. One of the first things I was asked for when I arrived at the hotel was my credit card in case there would be any additional charges. This may be common practice but I found it very irritating and got my break in the city of to a very bad start. As a result, I did not use any of the hotels facilities other than our bedroom. |

Nothing It was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was fabulous. The second time we had a sub standard room and we were charged the normal rate. The bathroom had soap residue everywhere around the bath area and the shower curtain had a very bad smell. The carpets and the walls in the entire room was extremely dirty. I would suggest that you check what type of room you will get before making a booking at this hotel. It is clear that there is a huge difference in the standards the rooms on different levels. |
