Position, close to town.Very clean. Staff very polite. Nice modern decor. Unable to unpack, no drawer unit or shelving for clothes. A small hanging space covered with a curtain. |

Bueno el hotel, sus instalaciones y su personal. Los alrededores son un poco oscuros. El acceso al estacionamiento fue muy tortuoso.Está en un subsuelo y las indicaciones no están visibles por lo tanto se pierde mucho tiempo en ubicarlo. |

Las instalaciones del Hotel son muy buenas, y esta ubicado en forma muy cercana a todos los sitios de interes turistico y de gastronomia, es un lugar seguro para caminar de noche al ingreso y egreso. Tiene una cotr importante que es el lugar de acceso si se llega en auto propio ya que es de muy dificil acceso para el que no conoce el lugar. El parking es de muy dificil acceso y esta muy mal señalizado con carteles muy pequeños en un tunel por lo que nos perdimos varias veces y nos hico perder 2 horas de nuestro viaje para poder estacionar el auto y bajar el equipaje. Debe mejora la señalizacion para el estacionamiento y el acceso al hotel. |

Nulla..... Trovata malissimo La richiesta esagerata della prima colazione: € 13,50 cadauno e non era scritto da nessuna parte. Neppure nel vostro sito web..... Poi non era proporzionata Abbiamo mangiato la sera dell'arrivo in hotel in terrazza con 40 gradi perchè il ristorante con l'aria condizionata era riservato a un gruppo...Forse I loro soldi sono diversi dai nostri??? Abbiamo protestato ma inutilmente Non andateci!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trovata malissimo |

Su ubicación es perfecta para conocer tanto la parte antigua como la moderna de esta ciudad llena de sol y alegría. El cuarto de baño tenía multiples problemas (falta de caudal de agua; ducha pequeña, falta de gel de baño). Esperaba mayor calidad de una cadena como mercure. |

A design és a hangulata nagyon jó a szállodának. - The design very good and the atmosphere of the hotel 178 euróért foglaltuk le a szállást a booking.com-on, ennek ellenére még felszámláztak naponta 25 eurót, ami nem a booking.com - on jelzett 1,01 euró. Nem tartottam jó dolognak azt sem, hogy a bankkártyámat megterhelték a teljes összeggel amikor én készpénzel akartam fizetni, de ez mondjuk a foglaláskor a booking.com által jelzésre is kerül. Ez így nem korrekt. Erről számla másolatot is tudok küldeni. - 178 euros were rezerved in the booking.com, still they invoiced plus 25 euros per day, booking.com wrote cost plus 1.01 euros. It is not a good. Bad, that the total amount debited reduction my creditcard when I wanted to pay cash, but this booking.com wrote. This is not fair. I also sent a copy of invoice. |

Buena atención del personal. Situación. Zona poco recomendable por las noches. Ruido en el exterior por las noches. No tiene parking accesible. El acceso al hotel en coche es muy complicado. |

Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Montpellier. de douchekop hangt op een hoogte van 160 cm in de badkuip. hierdoor is het douchen niet gemakkelijk. |

Het hotel bevindt zich net buiten de stad van Montpellier, op loopafstand, zeer handig ! Een klein detail : de afstandsbediening van de TV werkte niet, ...Zoals velen hadden opgemerkt, toch wel moeilijk om de parking van het hotel te vinden. Ik raad iedereen aan om bij uw aankomst vlak voor het hotel te parkeren, eventjes binnen te stappen en een plattegrond te vragen aan de receptie, dat maakt het een stuk makkelijker ! |
