For me, what matterts most in a hotel are the cleanness and confort, and it has both
Here are the down sides (doesn't matter so much for me but for some people it may). Stairs are narrow and access for people with mobility problems is hard. Wi-fi gets bad as you ascend on the building. It's on the 14th cartier, and if you look at the map that's a little far away from the center, but 15 minutes tops by metro (which has a station very near the hotel).
Very clean, everything worked. Staff was helpful. Walking or Metro access to just about everything. Very quiet street and windows were double pane and sealed well
The room was small but its clean. Have a very warm blanket. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is strategic - 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station
Location, friendly reception woman, shower.
Paying too much for such a small room and narrow stairs no elevator.
Service concerning parking our car and taking care of the tickets was excellent. Very helpful and friendly.
Bathroom was quite small.
The hostess of the hotel is very nice
The bed cover smells bad
the staff are really nice; clean room
wifi is not that good in my room
clean, close to public transport, quiet and good value overall
steep narrow spiraling staircase, quite normal for Paris but can be hard if you have mobility issues, room is small but again as expected for a small Paris hotel at this price
bathroom good level for Paris.
4 x 17 steps with a lot of luggage... Wifi was not working on 4th floor...for 4 days :-( Breakfast says there on table from 7h00. Wenn later is caffe cold en bread old. Very small room. Very small room, but price is not high.
1. The chair cover is as dirty as a metro seat. The duvet is very dirty as well. 2. The cleaner sometime didn't change towels but just folded the one that we used one day before and left on the dirty chair or partially on the floor. And then the cleaner put them back to the bathroom (we didn't put them directly on the floor because the floor is too dirty). It is way too disgusting. (if they tell us they are not going to change towels everyday, we would keep them at somewhere clean if we could find one place. Another problem is the towels they provided were quite old (even with a hole on it) and the chair, table, and duvet are dirty, so we need something to cover them.) 3. We requested more than two times for bed sheet and towels changing but nothing really happened till the last night. (BTW we stayed there for 5 night not just a day) No one really paid attention to what their customers were talking about. 4. The reception is not professional. We asked for the opening hour of the reception because we needed to rush to airport on the next day. A guy there said the reception will open from 7:15 am. But the next day, while we were pulling our luggage to the reception at about 8:00, the gay ran out to buy bread!!!! We had eye contact with him so we were pretty sure he saw us. He stop for more than 5 seconds by the main entrance and looked at us but unfortunately, he still decided to ran for his or someone else's breakfast. 5. the wall is very thin. We can hear almost everything when someone walking up or past.
cleaness and good service
reserved taxi didn't come on time
Such a good price. Room was spotless, and very close to the city
Walls were very thin so you could hear everything!
The people there are very nice!!They are very helpful and patient~
