Location to the main road
No staff, no restaurant or food
Busy noisey motorway right next to caravan Fridge door broken
Staff was friendly and handed problems in a correct way (we had a car accident in town). The cabin was very clean and the bed and shower were good.
The noice of the high way at the back of the site. When the road is wet, the noice is very loud.
No restaurant No bar expensive for what it was poor wi-fi connection basic decor basic furnishings
Dirty common area's. Furniture in room dirty. Bedspread had brown stains on it. No bar or restaurant.
Location was good.
Wifi did not work in the room, bar and restaurant not open. Very tired room.
I left my Kindle e-book in this hotel and the owner sent it back to the UK - excellent service Lots of room
The location and the mattress and pillows comfy.
Check in took half an hour. Staff didnt seem to be organised and kept running in and out with keys. When making reservation from the website, the picture shown on the room options was a picture of the mobile van so was under the impression I was getting one to stay in. Wanted to use a kitchen so bought food with us to cook. When I checked in we were given one of the motel rooms instead, no kitchen! Not the staff's fault but felt that the website had given a false impression of the accomodation. Although the room was clean and convenient for getting to the ferry terminal, I feel that €85 was well overpriced. Whilst the bed was comfortable, the duvet covers are made of vinyl...yuk!! For this price I at least expect proper duvets. Rooms need upgrading as well as the whole reception, restaurant and buildings. Sorry, but I would not stay here again!
Cold No wifi Nobody at reception on arrival Price charged for dog
- located on the highway, relatively close to the international harbour Dunkerque - big mobile home
- wifi signal low inside the mobile home - kitchen not well equipped!! - parking on the main ground that is far off the mobile homes
good location close to main route south
resturant was closed as they had a large parts of police staying
We stay only one night but we wouldn't mind to stay a few nights. The mobile home was surprisingly very comfortable and clean with two separate bedrooms and small kitchen, toilet and bathroom.
not at all or very bad Wi-Fi connection
Location is excellent for a stopover close to Dunkirk ferries. Mobile homes are fantastic for families with young children. Car can be parked right outside mobile home.
Breakfast at €10 person (including young children) is a little expensive for families.
They had availability
Stuffy smoke smell. Generally a bit tired
staff very friendly
All,lack of comfort , space and cleanliness .
Location was OK
Th mobile home was a bit dirty (bed clothes etc.,). the beds were small and one of the rungs was broken
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely surroundings very close to a beautiful medieval town. Clean and private mobile home, very comfortable with own utilities. Extremely pleasant stay.
The caravan was spacious and clean. Lovely crisp White sheets and pillow cases. Beds already made on arrival. Not tourist track. Not lots of people about even in august. Central to drive about, we drove to Belgium in 30 mins and grave lines beach about the same. Lots of supermarkets in driving distance. Pleasant man at reception, but only saw him when we arrived.
No oven. No where near for entertainment. We asked at reception what time does the restaurant open, they said next month!! Noisy near main rd behind at night.
