Sympathetic staff. Nice and quite cheap French breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Elevator. Readiness of the reception to book different things and supply with maps.

At check-out the receptionist made a mistake and freezed $600 on my debit card for two weeks. That wasn't a happy piece of news because I had little money left at the end of my holiday.

100 meters from the Moulin Rouge and snap in the middle of the seedy neighborhood that surrounds it. Perfect location if that's your kind of thing.

Paris hotels are almost always a disappointment but this one really hits the spot. For over 200€ a night you get a shabby room, with no air conditioning, breakfast not included. In the midst of a Paris heatwave that's a tough deal. Open the window and you get the neighborhoods oriental music blasted into your room at 02:00am. Given, there was a small ventilator in the closet, when I turned it on a blast of grimy dust stuck on my shirt, had a spare one so damage was minimized. Receptionist seemed like she was doing me a favor by calling me a taxi. All in all, not a satisfying hotel experience. Never used hotel complaints forms, owners are more than often aware of their Hotels condition and simply do not care, as long as the customers pay.

The room is very small and is not clean.

The woman receptionist was wonderful. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful.

Telephone,whichi in my room didn,t work at the first time .before I check out my room ,creaning lady had already came to my room and been cleaning my room! I was surprised!

WiFi works good, location is close to metro - but metro in Paris is everywere

tiny room, old and requiring renovation, bed was uncomfortable - it was twin insted of single one, window faced dilapidated wall in 2 meters and so the balcony was useless. Room had bad smell as the ventilation was bad. So if you can afford to book another hotel try to do it. If not - this will be liveable for one or two nights

Excellent location and very friendly staff

Conveniently located near the Metro station, with easy access to the popular visitor sights in Paris. Room was adequate, but not super-clean. It was good to have a room at the back of the hotel (overlooking the courtyard) since this was quiet - remarkably so, considering the bustle of the street and area outside. Breakfast was quite good, but I seem to remember it was better last year (when we also stayed at the hotel), with more fruit and better choice of bread and cereals on offer. One member of staff was a little unfriendly, but all other staff were very friendly and helpful.
