Ideally set on the banks of the Indre river, in the heart of an extraordinary medieval town and facing the Logis Royal, the residence is made up of former flour-mills that have been fully renovated and small contemporary buildings, built in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.

It features very comfortable apartments, close to the city centre. Visit the many nearby attractions of this Town of Art and History. Benefit from a great starting-point to explore the castles of the Loire Valley (known as Châteaux de la Loire).

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.

Room information

In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace or loggia with garden furniture (excluding rooms located in the Mill). A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Cost includes:

- Accommodation.
- Sheets.
- 1 pillowcase per person.
- Bathroom linen.
- 2 dishcloths per apartment.
- Cleaning kit.
- End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded).

Important information

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 to 14:00 to 20:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday in October.

It wasn't double, at least if you're not a Hobbit. 1m40cm is just way too small. Barrier didn't work at some point and had to park the car outside, at midnight, while stumbling to the room in complete darkness (some power failure). We mochten een dagje minder blijven (zoals gewenst was). Ook mochten we een andere kamer (met tuin) gebruiken (tegen een meerprijs, uiteraard). Personeel was zeer flexibel. De wat muffige lucht in de kamers en ons toch wat kleine harde bed. Overigens wel prima op geslapen.	7.5
