The room was great for children and so was the theme and decorations. The appliances were helpful and the staff was nice. The breakfast was the best I have had at any european hotel! Convenient to Disney and better than any Disney built I have stayed at. Good price. Great views and quiet rooms. Parking was great. Best hotel in Europe I have stayed. The pool was small and water not very warm. The prices for the children amusements were 2 Euro...way too high for maybe 1 minute ride or game. These children amusements usually only cost 50 cents. Cofee and tea should be replaced each day. |

Breakfast buffet was very nice. The design theme of the hotel was not well exected. The furnishings (headboard) was ugly and had nothing to do with a castle motif. The stafff as the desk was not informed about the area. I asked about "free" parking for the Disney village. I was told there was free parking if I drove to the area. There was none and it cost 4.40 euros. For 1Hour and 10 minutes. When I returned I went to the desk to inform them that I was given the wrong information and asked if something could be done about the cost I incurred. I was told that there was no reimbursement possible. Because of this incident ,my daughter and I decided not to go to the park the next day. Therefore 65 Euros x2 was lost to the Disney organization. I will never return and will tell |

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and keen to help. Our youngest was ill during one of the days and a waitress gave directions to the nearest pharmacy, she was extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant was overpriced for what you actually get. There should be lower priced wines available on the restaurant wine list, the same selection as is available in the bar would be a good start, not everyone wants to spend 50 euro's on wine to have with dinner. |

helpful and pleasant staff didn't expect a 4* hotel to charge for additional tea, coffee, milk etc. from experience of other 4* (and 3*) hotels this is usually standard practice. |

Can find absolutely nothing bad to say about my 3 night visit with family. Stayed in family room. One King size bed and two bunks. Comfortable, spotless. Great location for Disney visit. Shuttle frequent and takes about 7 minutes to Disneyland. Good breakfast at european 4* standard. Would I go again...Certainly. Would I recommend Dream Castle...Certainly. |

family room was great for our 2 boys (10 + 12), bunk beds might be small for older kids they do not tell you that you need to leave a card key in the light-switch-slot to make the refrig. work. |

Staff were all very friendly and courteous It was a shabby - towels were threadbare, grouting round the bath grubby and mouldy, paintwork chipped and tired. The hotel has hard a hard life and looks and feels tired. |

I found the hotel adequate and central for all amenities Nothing in particular apart from the fact that tea and coffee making facilities were only provided for one day only and there was a charge for towels for the swimming pool |

Friendly staff at the reception, responsive to my requests. I need a charger for my phone at 1am they solve my problem quickly. The internet was not working perfect (often disconnects) but I was not charged for this in the end. |

It's a nice hotel, not that "dreamy" though, reasonably good but no surprises. I don't like the deco too much really, especially the statues at the lobby - so scary..... |

The hotel was close to the Disney Parks. It had a good reception area especial for young children parents could site and relax and the children could play. There was four in my party but only two cups in the room this is just a small thing but should be looked at by the housekeepers |

Fun reception area for kids. Kids loved the bunkbeds. Very close to Disney. English TV channels. Shuttle bus to and from park was very regular. Had one bad experience with waiters not serving me at the bar for 15 minutes while serving others that came in after me. Not intentional, but don't know what they were thinking. |

The children enjoyed the bunk beds and the castle motif. They also enjoyed the buffet dining and the activities in the lobby. The shuttle to the park was convenient and on-time. The change machine in the lobby didn't work. Just a note about the Disney park. The drinking fountains didn't work and there was no soap for hand washing in the toilet facilities. |

A great family hotel. Bus service to Disney, regular and gets you as close as a motorised vehicle possibly can. The various games and ride-on's around the lobby area, the bunk beds in the room. There seems to be a bunch of hotels clustered in the immediate vicinity, looking like they are built by the same builder, I could not see the difference inside or out, but all the others seemed much cheaper! Swimming pool steps are rough concrete, which caused minor injuries to an adult and child in our party. Dinner way over priced for what you get... Good luck if you are vegetarian. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful with bus, train timetables etc.The bar manager was excellent and he made you feel right at home. The buffett breakfast was excellent with a wide range of items to suit everyone. I did not think the rooms and fitness suite were of four star standard. I have stayed in the Hyatt Group of hotels and found them to be of higher quality. Bigger rooms, Plasma Tv's and up todate equipment in the fitness room. |

The rooms, i.e., the Austrian comforts. Few restaurant choices. Only offered a buffet, which had limited vegetarian choices and a fiixed price for 3-11 year olds even though three year olds eat much less than 11 year olds. The hotel also had a bar, which had a very limited bar menu. We ended up eating room service both nights. It's not clear why the hotel didn't offer the room service choices in the bar. We also had some discontent with the placement of the outlets in the room, but this is a common problem in European hotels. |
