great breakfast included in the price of the room. was further away from Disneyland than I imagined. I thought we would be within walking distance given that its advertised as being a "Disney Hotel right in the Park". |

We stayed there because it is close to Disneyland, and shuttel bus drives every ten minutes from hotel to parks. I would definitvely recomend it for families, rooms are comfortable, staff is nice and there is a lot of things where children can play around. |

Hotel was fantastic. Requested double queen room and this was provided as requested. Staff were polite and the castle and grounds were beautiful with bus access to the park minutes away. |

the breakfast buffet was good. there was no bill boy service. The reception area was always missy and dirty ofcourse because of many kids , but the hotel is short of cleaning staffs. |

excellent Hotel, I would recommend it to others. I have styed in it for one night and I regret I did not extend it after bad experince with other Hotels(namely Kyriad Disneyland). |

We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which the kids loved. The curtain which closed the bunks off from the rest of the room made it easier to put the kids to bed early, while we could still watch tv without disturbing them too much. The room was clean, pleasantly decorated with a castle theme and air-conditioned, which was very important given the hot weather during our stay. We really appreciated the king-sized bed and the decent amount of space for luggage, hanging clothes, etc. The bathroom was well-appointed and there were a number of mirrors in the room, which made mornings easier with 4 people sharing a room. The staff were friendly and the desk staff spoke enough English to help us when required. The worst thing about the hotel was the food. Our room rate included the basic buffet breakfast (without hot food). We didn't find the food very appetising and didn't enjoy our meals there at all. On our first evening we also ate the buffet meal in the restaurant, which we didn't enjoy much either. It's a shame the food was so ordinary, since we really liked this hotel otherwise. |

I was impressed by the fact that in spite of so many guests staying there, there was no excessive noise or commotion. The breakfast was very organized and calm (in spite of the big number of people) well done! Staff was always helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Keep it up! |

Really a dream of a hotel....wonderful interior decor, luxurious rooms, very good breakfast and excellent service by all the staff. The hotel was fully occupied but the staff were so efficient that we never felt overcrowded. The shuttle to Disneyland was very frequent (longest wait was only 5 mins) and only rarely crowded. The setting near a small lake is idyllic and there were other activities available for those who wanted a break from Disneyland. Already planning to return!!! |

The Hotel is very nice and the location is perfect also the front disk staff is so kind. The inernet is not free and the speed of the internet is very poor also there are some lake in housekeepin services. |

It was very very clean and tidy all the time. The staff were very friendly including the maids and cleaning staff and it was very convenient for Disneyland with its free shuttle service. Well themed too. Beautiful views. The spa staff were slightly unfriendly but that was forgivable as everything else was so good. |
