The hotel is situated in a wonderful park - the nature is beautiful, and at the same time there is a perfectly organised transport (wich is free for the guests) to the Disneyland park - you can reach it anytime and it takes about 10-15 min. there are lots of different games and entertainments for children at the lobby of the hotel, and design of the rooms and lobby reminds an atmosphere of real castle. Also we liked breakfasts I wouldnt come to the hotel's restaurant to have a dinner - the cousine was not so good and it was noisy and overcrowded, and prices are incredibly high for such quality and service. You can find a restaurant with the table service in the Disneyland park that provides a perfect cousine and service with the same amount of money. I would recommend the "Blue Lagune"

the theme of the hotel -breakfast can be improved, the cofee was horrible. There were no bathrobe for the pool in the room. The swimming pool was very small, the jacuzzi didn't work. The tea/cofee in the room wasn't refilled during our stay (when i called the reception they said that was only an welcome pack). This is not a four star hotel, three at most !

We are family of 5 with 3 children so we were really happy with the bunk bed and curtains that gave us a feeling of a minimum privacy. It was good that children could go downstairs and play in the lobby area. Stuff over all was nice and friendly some spoke English pretty well. I was not pleased with the fact that any kind of entertainment in the lobby required 2 euro. It would be appropriate to have a big indoor play area (or a maze in shape of a castle) where children could run and climb instead of coin activated games. Very little in the decore inside resembled castle. Pony or carriage rides should be offered which I am sure would attract costomers ( maybe a petting zoo in " the royal stables"). Water in the pool was too cold to swim in it, jaccussi was closed in the mornings. Over all recreation facility hard to use. Breakfast had very little to do with the original French food, that France is known for. Baguets were stale , meats were slimy, scrambled eggs had no eggs.

I'm Disabled so I appreciated the specially adapted transport provided for people like me, and it is free of charge if you're travelling to and from Disneyland Parks or the Railway station. To be helpful they had put me into a room for the Disabled, but the bed was far too low down, if my Partner hadn't been with me to help I couldn't get up from it. Also there wasn't a non slip mat in the shower room, and when wet the floor is very very slippy. The food was cold in the restraunts , both at Breakfast and the Buffet Dinner which is also very expensive.

Location and shuttle service was excellent Room smelt strongly of smoke despite being a non smoking room on a non smoking floor, the beds for the kids were high bunk beds - neither of my children (2 and 3) were able to get to the top bunk. Family in next room had late party; check in took almost an hour with one member of staff working to check in a bus load of guests; quality of breakfast was terrible however the choice was excellent.

Good location near the Disney Parc with free car parking and free shuttle bus. The lobby of the hotel smells very sweet like bubblegum. Overall cleanliness of hotel is not good. Corridors need a good vacuum cleaning and glasses left outside of rooms (room service?) were there for 2 days without somebody picking them up. Floors of changing rooms in swimming pool were covered in hairs. For towels you need to pay € 2. For a 4 star hotel you would imagine they'd be free of charge. It is a big hotel and it feels like that as well. Breakfast room is huge and it feels you are eating in a big cantine.

The Hotel is very nice and only about 5 minutes drive from Disneyland. Nice rooms and comfortable. The level of service is shabby, although the staff are friendly (it just seems there are not enough staff). Lunch in the bar was poor and check- in was extremely slow. The check-in time of 3pm and no flexibility in checking in earlier even though the hotel had lots of vacancies was a real pain and delayed our arrival to Disneyland Park. The shuttle bus to the Park is also unreliable. There was a wait of about an hour for the shuttle to get back from Disneyland Park on Tuesday night at 10,30pm. The left luggage in the Hotel is also not secure. You just leave your bag in a large room, no ticket given, nobody looking after the room and the door left unlocked.

It was a very nice location .Only a few mintutes to Disneyland . The kids liked the shuttle . The shuttle was free and driving back and forth all around the day . Only 4 Hotels and Disneyland .That's it :) Our room was not clean enough and for the next day I thought it will be cleaner but it was not ! The soap box did not work and nobody repaired or changed it . Food was really BAD .My husband and me went there with our 2 kids .1 girl 3 years ,and 1 boy 5 years .All 3 of us got really really ill because of the food .We went to the doctor and the 2 kids and me ( mother ) were poisened !!! .Only my husband was fine, but when we arrived home he got sick the same evening as well .! It was supposed to be a nice Disneyland Tour for the kids but unfortunately it ended up as a disaeaster . I wished the food was better and fresh ! The dinner in the evening was also an open buffet and almost everything was cold . Really bad :( .If you work on the food and cleaning part , it could have been a very nice hotel.

I liked the room we stayed in on the 5th floor, the bed was really big and so comfortable and the curtains were thick ensuring a good nights sleep!! The indoor pool was really cold so we only went in once for a few minutes in our stay. There was a small jacuzzi but it was full so we didnt use this either

Room were good and clean, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, good location for Disneyland, Themed buffet night very disappointing, soup cold, even hot choices were lukewarm Very poor menu for small children, at €29 and €12 for child thought this was a bit expesive, limited choice of wine starting at €25 did not think that French wine was so expensive, better to jump on free bus and go to Disney Village, better value for money,Hotel shop sells postcards,Hotel has post box,but do not sell stamps.very inconvenient, get it right Dream Castle please.

The room was comfortable for European standards. The kids liked the bunk beds. All the bed matresses were uncomfortable. The breakfast quality and choices were excellent. Shuttle to and from the parks were convenient. The hotel bar was nice and drinks were good. Im from the U.S.a and the margarita was actually very good!! Nice relaxing atmosphere. Hated the dinner buffet!! Did not like the choices or the price. Did not eat there or any other Disney Resort (even though we tried). Way overpriced and the quality and choices were not good for dinner. Ended up eating McDonald's! Wish they would have had a regular sit down dinner style restaurant with a menu. Buffet for breakfast is fine but not for dinner as well. Then fastfood at the parks as well!!! Just not what we like for vacation paying those kind of prices for the hotel room!!!

The location close to Disneyland. Unless you stay in the Disney premises and are ready to spend for one night what you spend here for one week, this is the best hotel with excellent value for money. Excellent free shuttle service to the Disney parks. Our superior room was great, with lots of space for the baby to go around. Good breakfast, and facilities for children. Maybe more attention could be paid to common areas. It is true that the hotel is full of kids playing in common areas and leaving waste all over, but I didn't see dedicated personnel cleaning the reception area.

Location to Disneyland. Family friendly. How crazy not to have free wifi for a hotel that is 4 star. Very unfair having a restaurant that forces you to pay one price, very expensive, for one choice of menu, you can't choose from a range of things at different prices, you are forced to take that one meal price. Evening dinner staff not particularly friendly. Our room said it overlooked lakes and hills. It didn't, it overlooked the Magic Castle and a bit of overgrown wasteland and car park. Very unfair to charge 1/2 Euros for the children's rides in the foyer.

Good location from euro disney and the regular free bus service made the hotel an ideal base from which to visit the parks. Nice surroundings and the hotel looked well maintained. Nice bar which was open late. Lots of choice at breakfast. Check in and check out was a bit slow. Perhaps mote staff on the front desk at key times.

The staff is really super. They work really hard and they try to plesase you and help you; the Manager who handed my check in helped in solving a big problem that had happened The room is quite confortable, there is free wired internetinside and also free wi fi in the lobby Theyoffer together with a private company, shuttle service from the airports and if you are 4/5 it's cheaper than paying for the bus transfer from airport to train station from where you can pick the free shuttle to the hotel( it is the same that takes you to the parks) Breakfast is quite good and really abundant Dined only once at the buffet and it is quite expensive for what you get some minor things could be fixed in the room The room was not cheap but maybe it depended on the time of the year -Easter
