Hotel designed to attrack big crowds. Expensive in it's range. The breakfast was unorganised. To crowdy. Due to the poor balance staff/guests was the buffet a sight for sore eyes ! Dirty, everything was touched by the guests. If orange juice was spilled onto the floor and machine, it stayed dirty and sticky for hours ! Not enough motivated staff, payed at minimum wages to keep the guests within boundaries and keep the breakfastroom tidy. |

Shuttle bus to Disneyland in every 10 minutes.room and bathroom is very clean.bed is very comfortable.you don't hear noise from other rooms or outside. staff is very helpful. I have read some critics on website before I stay and trust me most of the critics are not true!!! also "STINGY" people are not happy to stay in this Hotel because one small bottle of water is 2.5 Euros .(but you pay 3 Euros in Disneyland) or restaurant prices may be over priced.if you want to come to a convenient place like this, you must pay a little more for the food and services. crowded |

I liked the location of the hotel with an excellent bus service to Disneyland and I liked the friendly and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Maybe more people at the front desk so that I do not have to queue when check in and out. |

We stayed one night in this hotel after three weeks holiday in France, and this hotel was not real "France" at all, but for wisiting Disneyland, hotel was ok and shuttle bus was great. Rooms were ok, lobby was spacious and youngest loved it. Breakfast was good. Price of the room-coffee was robbery! |

The fact that it was necessary to wait three days to replace the small refrigerator in the room which did not function with another which two hours after broke down too! The quality of the breakfast was very bad. The noise in the room of the lunch exceeded the 92db. |

Close to the park and good shuttle service. This rated as aFour Star hotel, we question that rating. The grounds were clean and well groomed. Nice view off of the patio. This is a good place for families with sub-teen children. The breakfast was overrated and the quality was not very good. The floors were not clean and in a four nights the bedding was not changed. |

No pharmacie inside (neither near the hotel). No courtesy (I asked for a later check-out, as I was not felling well. Just for 3 hours later. They said the room would be avaliable, no problem, but I would need to pay 10€ extra for each additional hour!). |

Very good breakfast. Staff was very conscientous and accomodating for questions, room arrangements and local attractions. Definitely geared towards younger children with decor and overall set up. Shuttle to and from the park worked as advertised. If you didn't chose to spend 29 euros on a dinner buffet at the hotel, your dining choices on the premises were limited. If you chose to eat off premises it was necessary to have a vehicle. |

Very good staff and close to Eurodisney. Whereabouts of hotel were lovely as well. Ideal after a hectic day at Eurodisney! Being a 4 star hotel, I expect coffee & tea facility in the room. We had coffee & tea for the first night only. So then we had the kettle, but no tea or coffee were left. |

It was close to the park and the shuttles were prompt. There was no food available for our child that wasn't very expensive. There was very little warmth or even aknowledgment amonst the staff... We were treated poorly by almost everyone we encountered. They seem to hate working here. Finally, the room was very unsafe for children. |

Beauiful grounds to the back of the hotel very nice for taking the kids for a walk, had a beauiful lake at to he back to and small park. Hotel was very clean and cleaned daily, kids loved it. Could;nt really find a fault in it. Breakfast had a great selection. Pool was ok its small was fine for kids. Food was very expensive and you were tied to just the three course menu not much good for kids that eat little or nothing. Would have like to have seen just a snack menu for daytime and evening. bit expensive to stay but when i checked all other hotels in that area it seemed to fall in line with there prices. |

nothing, the cleaning was bad,she always left all the thing in disorder (lipstick under the bad?) , there was no shampoo in bathroom, we were offered to clean hair with liquid soap(in 4 stars hotel), the food is bad- no choice for children and the personnel is not polite , i will not recommend to anybody to stay in this hotel. We arrived at 13. |

The family room was the right size for me, my wife and my 2 daughters. The restaurant buffet was nice. Overall I found it a very good choice to visit Disneyland with bus shuttles every few minutes. If you want to have a light snack or meal there is only the hotel's bar with very, very limited choices. This is specially important when you're travelling with small kids. |
