Dream Castle Hotel at Disneyland® Paris  

夜遅く到着したので、ル－ムサ－ビスで夕食を頼んだのですが、1時間待っても何もなく、こちらから電話して- も、対応わるかった。結局、ル－ムサ－ビスは来なく、夕食なしとなってしまった。これはよくないと思います- 。

今回ディズニーランドのために1泊しただけだったので、このホテルの良さは正直わかりませんというのが実感- です。プールやゴルフ場があり、ホテルの裏は広大な草原になっており長期滞在にはおすすめな感じです。

比べることではないですが、日本のディズニーランドオフィシャルホテルと比べてしまうと施設、サービス、客- に対する姿勢等全てにおいて劣ります。特に日本からのディズニーランド目当てでの宿泊者にはそう感じるかと- 。またホテルとは直接関係ないですが、ディズニーへのシャトルバスが日によって回るルートが違い、降りたい- ホテルの前でおり損ねてしまいました。車内は激混みでアナウンスもなく、どうすることもできませんでした。- もうこの区域のホテルには宿泊したくないって感じです、、、

朝食、夕食ともビュッフェ式でしたが、他のホテルよりもメニューが多かったので満足でした。シャトルバスも- ホテルの正面玄関まで来るので、ロビーで待つことができるし、逃しても待ち時間はさほど苦ではありませんで- した。全体的に対応も良く、子供連れが多かったので、気持ちが楽でした。

ファミリールームという点で、子供に配慮されていることを期待していたのですが、洗面台も高く、壁に備え付- けてあるプッシュ式の石鹸の位置が高すぎて、子供１人では手を洗うこともできませんでした。設備は仕方ない- のかもしれませんが、踏み台になるような椅子等を１つ置いてもらえたらありがたかったです。あと、シャワー- のヘッドとホースをつなぐ部分むき出しになっていて、ねじれ癖がついているせいか、使っているうちにねじれ- て水しかでなくなり、洗うのが大変でした。

客室のダブルベットは小さめですが子供に好評でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

スタッフも親切で、設備も良かったし、朝食も美味しかったです。ただ個人的な好みかもしれないのですが、エ- ントランスからロビーにかけて、かなりの香料を感じ困りました。（香水なのか、清掃に関しての何かの香料な- のかはわかりません）これだけはとても残念に思いました。

The hotel is situated in a wonderful park - the nature is beautiful, and at the same time there is a perfectly organised transport (wich is free for the guests) to the Disneyland park - you can reach it anytime and it takes about 10-15 min. there are lots of different games and entertainments for children at the lobby of the hotel, and design of the rooms and lobby reminds an atmosphere of real castle. Also we liked breakfasts

I wouldnt come to the hotel's restaurant to have a dinner - the cousine was not so good and it was noisy and overcrowded, and prices are incredibly high for such quality and service. You can find a restaurant with the table service in the Disneyland park that provides a perfect cousine and service with the same amount of money. I would recommend the "Blue Lagune"

-breakfast can be improved, the cofee was horrible. There were no bathrobe for the pool in the room. The swimming pool was very small, the jacuzzi didn't work. The tea/cofee in the room wasn't refilled during our stay (when i called the reception they said that was only an welcome pack). This is not a four star hotel, three at most !

Location is very good, close to Disneyland. There was a frequent use of shuttles from the hotel to the park, and it's for free. The design of the hotel is beautiful, big and there were some electronic games for children. There was a small shop for last minute shopping. The size of the rooms was good with a beautiful view.

Cleanliness is very poor! Lobby was often dirty. Even the rooms were dirty, I found a tooth pick under the bed and they didn't remove it eventhough they clean our room everyday! Spa is not very good and unprofessional! They took 100 Euros from me to make a massage in a private room, but when I entered the room there was a sleeping man in there ! Some of the receptionists are impolite and didn't treat people well! Breakfast was not very good, didn't have many varieties.

The rooms were clean and a good size to accomodate a family of four. The proximity to disneyland was excellent so was the bus service.

A few things could be improved upon 1. Reception check in was slow and a bit strange with the receptionist disappearing a couple of times, also she didnt explain the facilities particularly well. 2. The coffee sachets and tea bags were not replenished on a daily basis. 3. Breakfast was ok, but the Hotel is claimed to be of a high standard I would have expected better quality ingredients,the scrambled egg was odd!

The staff were extremely unfriendly, they don't provide proper accommodations for guests. When we came in bathtub was not clean, when room service was called to clean it we were ignored, again, bad service.

Location is perfect, more like France-provence than Paris: Beautiful garden, lake, all kinds of birds, etc. Kids have a place for games to keep them busy. The terrace with bar-restaurant is very well-positioned with a view to the garden.

Very poor quality of personnel (they barely understand and speak english, they are not so keen to serve or help). Also, at the reception desk they keep every door open and there is "wind" all the time. The swimming pool is far too small for a hotel as big as this. 15 persons (4 adults and 11 children) were already too many for that space; even if on the website the presentation is done as if it has been an olimpic swimming pool, check this up please. During breakfast and dinner there are intervals (more than quarters of hours) when certain meals are totally missing (sliced bread and jam or boiled eggs in the morning or fruits and veal & pork for dinner), it seemed like they were overwelmed.

Good for kids and the beautiful surroundings. Good size rooms and bathroom. Good selection of buffet at breakfast and dinner.

Ordered room service on our first day, the food was un-eatable. I had to leave all of it after the first bite. Very pricy for what you get as well. Please don't order room service.

Very nice disney theme hotel. Very child friendly. Room looks very nice we took the kingsize room. Its has a nice quiet sfeer not to busy. Price quality after discount is good we stayed 3 nights 98 euro ex tax a night. Normal price is to expensive about 240 euro. Hotel staf is very friendly but not to many students from hotel school. They dont have enough experience and is slow in serving. We stayed there in off season but i it was in high season i wouldnt recommend to stay there. The restaurant has a buffet. We paid 34 euro excluding drinks a person. This is actually a rip off buffet. The choice is very limited. Small choice only one soup a few salads. A few fried dishes some One fish and one beef dish. Has some nice choice of cheeses. Desserts are more like unfrozen pie has some croissants and chocolate breads. All drinksnare excluded. We order cheapest bottle of house wine + 2 fanta total price 103 euro. Its to expensive i would recommend to visit disney village there is alot of choice and good for money value restaurants.
