Bra läge nära Disneyland, familjeanpassat hotell med fin matsal och god mat för hela familjen. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Hela familjen nöjda med hotellet.

Bussarna med förbindelsen till Disneyland gick för sällan och var ofta överfulla med passagerare när de väl anlände till hotellet. På eftermiddagen, för hemfärd till hotellet, var det så mycket folk att de inte alla fick plats och fick stå kvar till nästa buss. Barnen kom ikläm på de trånga och överfyllda bussarna

Vi är jätte nöjda med allt på hotellet. Nära Disneyland.

The rooms was small comparing to the value of money paid for it, were you find in paris similar size for half the price minutes walking distance from La Defance .

the breakfast was not good and same as cost

Good price, good location,clean room, nice view,fast free shuffle(5 min to DisneyPark and 10 min to expect the shuffle),tasty breakfast and nice services!

Rooms designed very well for families

We stayed there because it is close to Disneyland, and shuttel bus drives every ten minutes from hotel to parks. I would definitvely recomend it for families, rooms are comfortable, staff is nice and there is a lot of things where children can play around.

Hotel was fantastic. Requested double queen room and this was provided as requested. Staff were polite and the castle and grounds were beautiful with bus access to the park minutes away.

Very close to Disneyland. Fun for kids up to seven years old.

Loud and noisy in the reception area. Maintenance lagging in bathroom.

We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which the kids loved. The curtain which closed the bunks off from the rest of the room made it easier to put the kids to bed early, while we could still watch tv without disturbing them too much. The room was clean, pleasantly decorated with a castle theme and air-conditioned, which was very important given the hot weather during our stay. We really appreciated the king-sized bed and the decent amount of space for luggage, hanging clothes, etc. The bathroom was well-appointed and there were a number of mirrors in the room, which made mornings easier with 4 people sharing a room. The staff were friendly and the desk staff spoke enough English to help us when required.

The worst thing about the hotel was the food. Our room rate included the basic buffet breakfast (without hot food). We didn't find the food very appetising and didn't enjoy our meals there at all. On our first evening we also ate the buffet meal in the restaurant, which we didn't enjoy much either. It's a shame the food was so ordinary, since we really liked this hotel otherwise.

I was impressed by the fact that in spite of so many guests staying there, there was no excessive noise or commotion. The breakfast was very organized and calm (in spite of the big number of people) well done! Staff was always helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Keep it up!
