Hotel Muguet  

Our stay at the Hotel Muguet met all our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and well situated. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Travelling friends from Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Stairs when elevator not free

We arrived very early and was unable to check in but we were able to check in room early once ready about 2 hours early. Hotel staff pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Location ok and close to metro. Several restaurants in area be sure to check out La Pariessiene about a block away. Room was a triple and a good size. It was very clean and serviced everyday. Bed most comfortable with nice linens. Rooms had ample storage, lighting, and seating. Bathroom was large and towels were very nice. Did not do breakfast looked pretty standard but nice and bright dining area and decent lobby. I could stay in this hotel again but I would probably stay in another area on my next visit, just because of more things to do. Nice Spot.

Room was chilly and heat not working. After several attempts to service finally brought portable heater to room and it helped somewhat. Only problem was when you turned off room light at night all power went off including heater. There was no eating room which is rather jive so no late night snacking. There were 3 of us but room was set up so only 2 could watch tv.

The hotel was beautiful and at a great location - near the Eiffel Tower but a bit off the main thoroughfare. The staff was also amazing. They were extremely helpful and patient in answering all our questions.

This location was wonderful; our room was excellent, with a fabulous view; we were extremely comfortable; the staff was responsive; and it was a relief to come back after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for making our room available early, as requested.

Certain amenities were not available; e.g., I would have like to be able to get a cup of coffee or juice in the afternoon; I needed some small bills for tips prior to departure; nothing else was a problem.

Overall old fashioned French hotel atmosphere and a decent breakfast with good coffee.

A bit tight on space in the bedroom and bathroom.

expensive breakfast

It is a well located, clean and near to metro station. Quiet place and nices rooms.

Breakfast is expensive (13 euro) but Paris is plenty of cafétarias.

Firstly its near to Eiffle tower! Metro line is just about 100m away from the hotel! You can go to any place with just getting the paris visit.. Quiet and safe place to be. Clean hotel!!!! Nice helpful front service officers!!! As i forgot my safe pin no. Called them up and they help me reset the safe! Free wifi !! which keeps my nights filled as i cudnt understand a single thing what was shown on the tv!!

No english channel or english audio/subtitle while watching tv. Mayb its their policy. No views from my room. Unable to eat inside the room was definitely an upset. As we need to go down to the lobby to get a hot drinks from the reception. And eat our supper in the breakfast area provided. Nothing else.

the desk staff could be a little friendlier or less aloof. The first one to greet us was preoccupied with a phone call and did not seem to notice us. The other staff were more polite.

I've stayed at Hotel Muguet more than ten times. The reason is always cleaness ,security and excellent service. Next time I am looking forward to staying at this hotel.

I thought the hotel was safe and the rooms were clean. It was an ideal location from the Eiffel Tower and was located between two metro stops, but a little removed from many of the other great locations in Paris. It was an ideal place to rest your head at night for a good price.

During my stay the AC broke and it was during the hottest perid (100 F) and there was no communication/acknolwedgement from the hotel about the problem. It was very uncomfortable and it took two days to resolve. It would have been helpful if they addressed the problem and provided a timeline for resolution.

Location, room was nice and clean.

Breakfast overpriced; should offer continental breakfast. Chose to eat elsewhere. No coffee/tea pot in room. Not allowed to have food in room.

Very nice location - 5 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower and Metro station.

The breakfast is sooooo simple but costs so much - 12.5 euro per person. And the hair dryer doesn't work and the electricity connection is not good and very dangerous. I got shocked by the line.....

I liked the location and the size and the fact that they had the ability to accomdate a group that needed three single beds.

I enjoyed my stay. I wish that the staff had been a bit more computer savey.

The hotel was lovely, the room my children and I shared very spacious. By Paris standards our triple was large. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom renovated and nice. Breafast was nice, and as good a value as any surrounding restaurants. We found meat and applesauce for my daughter who cannot eat wheat, eggs or dairy. A plus in France. Staff was courteous. Very easy to connect to free Wi-Fi. The location was wonderful and close to metro stops and many attractions. The lift was small but they had a lift which was a plus. I would stay again.

The Eiffel Tower was just a short walk from the hotel, the area was safe and close to public transportation. There were plenty of cafe's in the area and there was a laundromat nearby. The staff was friendly and pleasant and spoke English fairly well. Martin was a delight and it was fun to share a glass of wine with him in the evenings after returning from a day of sightseeing. We didn't use the buffet, but it looked like a good value. We would all recommend the Hotel Muguet for anyone who is going to Paris!!

The location of the hotel was very convenient pretty close to amenities 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower,the room was clean and well maintained,the staff was quite helpful

Room was very dark and I asked to be moved if possible but then they did not follow up.

I found the shower place is very small. Though myself being a person with a rather small and slim frame it was not much of a problem, I think bigger and heavier bodied persons will find it difficult to accommodate.

Good facilities including free wifi throughout the hotel. Room was very nice but not large (normal for Paris). Friendly hotel staff and location was quieter but not too far to walk to nice cafe's and Eiffel tower etc..

Hotel Muguet was clean, quiet and welcoming. The staff spoke English and was very helpful. While the room and bath were small they were well appointed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. By European standards this was a very an exceptional choice, well located and we would definitely return.

We stayed in the Spring and being on the top floor it was warm at night and we could not control the temp.
