Kyriad Hôtel Mulhouse Centre  

We had a lovely spacious room (111) with the big window which opened onto the pedestrianised street the view was good too. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings and a good petit dejeurner. Excellent central position in the town.

Even with directions direct from the hotel we found the car park on the 2nd attempt at going around the one way system, but it is worth persevering as we loved the hotel/location/food. Hotel instructions to carpark:To access to the carpark "Maréchaux" you have to follow the signs "City Center", and then look for the Carpark "Maréchaux". This carpark is in the street "rue du Couvent". You have to park your car at level 1 to have the direct acess to the hotel. You will see a door where it is written Kyriad, you ring the bell and we open the door.

Very good Hotel,very good staff, very good room. Wonderful position. Everything was ok, it's ideal for visit city center and neighborhood. Absolutely recommended

Every thing was fine. Clean and location excellent for purpose of Christmas market.

Friendly staff, nice clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is quite nice, at a good location, and will recommend it.

It is a nightmare to locate the parking (not really the fault of hotel though), my advice when you see the road signs for parking, follow these and do not follow your gps since some roads were closed for repair works etc. The internet did not work on the day of our arrival, it did work the next morning; so do not rely much on WIFI in your room (WIFI worked well near reception). The breakfast is over priced, we (3 people) could have a very good breakfast in a nice cafe near hotel for almost price of one breakfast. I do not think that in Mulhouse you could charge close to 10 euro for a breakfast.

Relaxed atmosphere

We were very pleased to stay for 1 night in this hotel on the way back home from summer holidays in Italy.

The gps sent us in the wrong direction. The advice is to follow the signs of the Parking Maréchaux.

Excellent location in the city centre.

It was not clear that breakfast was not included in the price of the room, and it was a small surprise at the end of the stay. However, the breakfast on offer was excellent indeed.

Location in the city centre. Good restaurants/bars within easy walking distance.

Difficult to access by own transport as in pedestiran precinct but access from car park ok. On the night we stayed the hotel was full and the airconditioning wasn't working in our room.It took over 2 hours to get this fixed. Staff tried to help but weren't too empathetic with our frustration of not able to shower after 7 hrs in a hot car. When we got up at 6am the next day after uncomfortable night with little air con and lumpy pillows we noticed that there was no underblanket on the very grubby mattress. The final straw was the night receptionist was unable to take credit card and casually told us the day staff would be in at 7am. Luckily with cash we were out by 6.30a.M.

Good location, close to restaurants (try Le 4, close to the japanese restaaurant close to the hotel -owner speaks English!). Close to good shops and the tram line stop.

As previous reviews have said, the hotel is very difficult to find, even with a satnav. The number of streets with "no right turn" does not help. It took us 45 mins to get to the hotel after going round the centre at lkeast four times. At least we knew our way around on foot the followig day!

Internet connection: not fast, but at least free. The room was clean.

Worst welcome ever! The girl at the reception let me wait her call at the check-in several minutes (and it was very late!), at the phone she spoke different languages, with me she did't want to speak English. With her directions she gave me we reached the parking in more than half an hour (with a small baby in the car!). Not helpful and kind at all... Hotel absolutly not convenient for travellers who want to stop and go. Room very small, no minibar or fridge. If you want to arrive near the hotel, you should pay the parking, otherwise no way to download you car.
