Kyriad Hôtel Mulhouse Centre  

We had a lovely spacious room (111) with the big window which opened onto the pedestrianised street the view was good too. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings and a good petit dejeurner. Excellent central position in the town.

Even with directions direct from the hotel we found the car park on the 2nd attempt at going around the one way system, but it is worth persevering as we loved the hotel/location/food. Hotel instructions to carpark:To access to the carpark "Maréchaux" you have to follow the signs "City Center", and then look for the Carpark "Maréchaux". This carpark is in the street "rue du Couvent". You have to park your car at level 1 to have the direct acess to the hotel. You will see a door where it is written Kyriad, you ring the bell and we open the door.

Two girls on reception were excellent. Public parking connected to hotel is difficult to find with all the one way systems but very convenient once you find it. Great central location

Room smelt like someone had been smoking but we wear abl to pen patio windows.

The absence of a 24 h restaurant or at least the possibility to have fresh food. Only precooked

Lady at the reception was very kind but did not speak English. "Comfort room" is quite big but has a small window and located next to ventilation - noisy so I asked for quite room and it was a small "Basic" room but with big window and very quite and cousy. The breakfast cost 9.5 euro and offered only drinks, snasks and bread - I don't accept breakfast without omelette or eggs.

Friendly staff, nice clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is quite nice, at a good location, and will recommend it.

It is a nightmare to locate the parking (not really the fault of hotel though), my advice when you see the road signs for parking, follow these and do not follow your gps since some roads were closed for repair works etc. The internet did not work on the day of our arrival, it did work the next morning; so do not rely much on WIFI in your room (WIFI worked well near reception). The breakfast is over priced, we (3 people) could have a very good breakfast in a nice cafe near hotel for almost price of one breakfast. I do not think that in Mulhouse you could charge close to 10 euro for a breakfast.

Great parking and convenient with car for the National Motor (Schlumpf) Museum

Good location, close to restaurants (try Le 4, close to the japanese restaaurant close to the hotel -owner speaks English!). Close to good shops and the tram line stop.

As previous reviews have said, the hotel is very difficult to find, even with a satnav. The number of streets with "no right turn" does not help. It took us 45 mins to get to the hotel after going round the centre at lkeast four times. At least we knew our way around on foot the followig day!

Room was not ready by 2 pm.WiFi was not very good all the time.Bed was sagging in middle.

Nothing. There is nothing to see in this city. Just a stop on our way to Italie.

The beds are too soft.

Breakfast was very nice, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The wi-fi worked perfectly...No complaints what so ever...

Set your gps to the parking, not to the hotel address or you won't find it!

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Location very central, close to restaurants and convenient for trams. Public car park with marked section for the hotel, very convenient and quite reasonably priced for an overnight stay. Room was a good size with a king size bed, all very clean and comfortable. I liked just about everything about this hotel - quite a surprise for the grade and price. Highly recommended. And while in Mulhouse, don't miss the motor museum - it's amazing. And the Japanese restaurant just around the corner from the hotel (Samurai).
