The staff were very helpful, we were upgraded and the bed was excellent Despite the fact that there was a "state of the art" television there was no choice of English language Tv or film choice. To offer only CNN news is not very satisfactory |

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was not cheap but was very good and it was good to be able to get Muesli, yoghurt fruit etc The coffee at breakfast was poor and should be avoided. |

Provided adequate accommodation in central Mulhouse. Generally, Kyriad hotels, unlike Campanile motels/hotels in the same (Louvre) hotel chain, are very variable in quality and facilities provided. The room was quite small for two people with luggage. I was told that I could have asked for another (larger) room. Arriving by car was complex, even with GPS, as much of central Mulhouse is a pedestrian precinct. The public car park to which the hotel is adjacent, is complex to negotiate, and the hotel entrance is not easily visible inside the car park. |

Perfect location in Mulhouse: drive into the parking garage and enter the hotel from there, which is in the car-free zone. Excellent breakfast. Free Internet in the room. Everything in this hotel is as it should be. And the room price is reasonable, too. |

This hotel had been reburbished to a really good standard and the rooms were generous, immaculate and well presented. You will not find an evening meal here but the breakfasts are taken in an area on the 3rd Floor with a patio outside if the weather permits. Excellent breakfasts they are too! Highly recommended from my experience. Arriving by car, it's quite difficult to find. Despite being in the centre of town, you access the hotel from the 1st floor of the central car park. But when we eventually did find the car park, there's a lift to the hotel reception. |

Parking underneath the hotel, excellent central location. Evening staff were very helpful recommending a good restaurant close by. Did not have the breakfast included in the price but there is a excellent Paul Cafe right next door. |

Pleasantly surprised, it all necessaties, full length mirror, hairdryer, laundry service, tea/coffee making and biscuits and air con. No fridge or mini-bar in room. But only passing through, part of long journey/holiday destination/ return. If one was staying longer the wardrobe not big enough. Also as other reviewers said - very hard to find multi storey car park/ acccess to hotel. |

clean, quiet room, new and modern furniture, well situated in the city, also close to the railway station, nice staff, fitness, best hotel we stayed in France this hollyday quite few tv programs, we watched only Eurosport and who wants to be a millionaire on tf1 on fridays; LCI also, for the weather reports |

The convenience to the centre of the town; the local parking; the tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast choice was good. The air conditioning was not that efficient but it was a very hot day. Also felt room first allocated on top floor was a bit small to be considered a superior room, plus it was stuffy. |

Free Wifi was welcome and added to our enjoyment of the stay. Capr parking was an added bonus. Room was an odd shape and this made it less comfortable and convenient. |

Efficient staff. Very central location. Great breakfast and beautiful dining area. Electrical box was noisy. Some of the cushions were stained. One thing that could greatly improve a guest's stay would be to provide a detailed map of central Mulhouse - the one edited by the Office du Tourisme just isn't good enough, as many of the smaller streets are missing. |
