Central location and very helpful staff
Breakfast was limited and small asks were a problem.
I have been staying at this hotel a few times in the years and I will keep coming back.
The site doesn't state obviously that there's an additional fee for pets. I would have picked the hotel anyway, but it would have been nice to see this fee when I booked the room. Also, the room was a bit smaller than usual; no big deal, but last time we had a very big one with a balcony. Maybe this time it had to be smaller because we asked for a quiet room in order not to disturb the other guests in case the dog would bark in the night (which thankfully she didn't!). In any case, nothing terrible!
Fabulous staff big rooms.
Breakfast not much to offer .
Room size and bathroom very good. Excellent location in the heart of town and still very quiet. Price I paid was good but normal room rate is borderline.
Bit dated - needs a refurbishment
The location is first class, the hotel is just beside the cathedral and close to shops , restaurants etc. I would definitely stay again
The hotel was very difficult to find with address given on the booking. I had to drive round the town centre several times as suggested routes were not open to traffic. After three phone calls to the hotel I was given an address to the car park the gps could follow. On arrival at the car park underneath the hotel I had a momentary panic as it had an access height limit of 1.9 metres and I had a roof box.I made it, but only just. The charge for the car park and for my dog made the overnight stay a little expensive but overall a well located, clean and reasonably priced hotel
The Hotel is a bit older, the bathtubs had mold... Good for a short stay but not longer.
1.We asked to change room and they were helpful and did that immediately and gave us a bigger room. 2. Car park is right under the hotel, so very convenient. 3. Location is very central and excellent
1.First they pit us in a room on 5th floor where the humming from the air conditioning or something was so bad that it would split your head. 2. Rooms were very cold (insufficient heating) 3. Have to pay for breakfast
Location to centre
Location excellent 1 minute from plaza de reunion, staff very helpful
View from room was garbage. Carpet very dirty
we were strait in the center , with theparcking under the hotel
Location, price, quality
Underground car park not suitable for cars over 1.9m high.
location. The initiative of local Manageress saved a long delay when the electric door lock failed completely, (with our belongings inside the roomjust as we planned to check out.
Awarded an upgrade to a superior room, which had a lot of (negative) issues; -70% of hanger units did not function -Stains on carpet were excessive. - Electric door lock failed completely (was already an obvious issue) -car parking option is very difficult to locate
Breakfast was nice. Room was comfortable. Hotel location in centre of city was good.
It is impossible to access the hotel via the address published. We spent a long time driving round and round trying to figure out how to get to the hotel, and when finally calling them, they told us to use a different address. Parking is not free or included in the price of the room. The location of the parking is okay, almost directly under the hotel, simply difficult to find. The staff on reception were a little less than friendly, questioning why we wanted extra milk and tea in the room, although those at breakfast were very nice.
In the center of town, but following my GPS there were no problems. Hotel is one of an efficient and comfortable chain After having lived for four years in Strasbourg and never have been in Mulhouse we don't regret we never did it
Centrally located Hotel with underground Car Park. This is our fourth visit to this Hotel
Good location; comfortable rooms; good breakfast at extra cost
Having to pay for overnight parking..
Clean and comfortable, with a great location.
Room was small, but it was good value.
great location in the city center very helpful personal
Staff were helpful giving directions to good restaurants and local attractions; hotel handy to local attractions and tram to visit automobile and train museums; hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good value. Lift available.
Quiet location, just around the corner from the main square and the cathedral. Spacious, clean, well soundproofed room. Towels changed everyday. Pleasant staff. Pleasant breakfast room with a basic, but adequate continental style breakfast at a small extra charge. Overall a good value for money base for exploring the surrounding Alsace area. We particularly enjoyed visits to Colmar and Strasbourg which were easily and quickly reached by fast trains from the Central Station. Mulhouse itself is very quiet and there were not many bars or restaurants open during our stay. Apart from the small historic Old Town, the best attraction in Mulhouse is the Cite de Automobile car museum a short tram ride from the centre. It is fantastic with over 400 fabulous vintage cars and racing cars on display.
Air conditioning was switched off for the winter but, with temperatures outside up to 25C during the day, during our stay, the room became very hot and uncomfortable at night. The window could be opened, but then there could be some street noise and it didn't seem to make much difference to the temperature. The very small bar and lounge area lacked any atmosphere and was not the place for a relaxing drink after a day of sightseeing. Shower screen over the bath leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
Right in the center, good parking facility.
The obvious but quite early street noise.
The location is great and the staff helped me find a good place to eat and to to have a drink. I used the steam and sauna at no extra cost which made the stay even nicer. The room was clean and sufficient for my stay.
When I arrived the room smelled a little bit of cigarette. I reported and I was offered to change the room.
The building is rather old. They shouldn't wait to long to renovate the rooms, in particular the bathroom.
+ Definitely a good spot, right in the city centre, difficult to do better! + A public parking right under the hotel + Friendly and helpful staff
- A little expensive - The hotel is getting old, particularly the rugs - Watch out for the one way streets, aim for the entrance of the public parking
Central location, good sized rooms, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff.
No Parking for our van as the car park is under ground, but car park 5 minutes away
