The only pleasant thing about this hotel was the staff.

The room was tiny- there was no room to open the wardrobe. It was in poor decorative order - paint peeling from the bathroom wall, toilet leaking onto floor, curtains/ blinds inadequate.Bed was unconfortable. It was very expensive for a very unpleasant stay. The hotel concentrates on design rather than comfort or quality. I chose this hotel because your website stated that it had a swimming pool and spa and booked what was supposed to be a "superior double room". I was disappointed that it didn't have pool or spa but even more disappointed that the room was so poor for so much money. A very nasty experience.

I like the location and somehow the decor but it needs to be maintained....nice staff....

The wall in my bathroom (room 115) above the bathtub was cracked ...needed new paiting...not enough space between bed and wardrobe; very pressed and one cannot change or even open the doors properly....good large bed/matress....for a design/boutique hotel it definitely needs refurbishing/updating/new fabrics in the lobby ...lobby supposed to be "hip" but not in vogue anymore; very few guests/clients....furniture in the lobby looks used.....it needs to find better value for the money paid....also: airconditioning was not working properly in the foom and the receptionist when taking the guest to the room, should instruct how to use the lighting system and bathtup/shower mixer..................muito ado para pouco brado !!!

The hotel is not bad....it's a little overrated...It needs major renovations, and there is sewage smell in elevator and some of the hallways. The price of the room is not reflected in the room n the latter is quite average. Breakfast is a disappointment. The staff were profetionnal and helpful.

Unique in design...good service and rooms are quite clean, no mood killing smell...

Some details may be better...for example, the shower...i have to hold spray when taking shower...

Good location and nice clean rooms, with quite cool, quirky features. Hotel service proved good when my wife left her mobile phone in the room adn they arranged for it to be couriered back to the uk.

Considering this is a "design" hotel, it was actually, hilariously poorly designed - Plug sockets were on the other side of the room to mirrors, do not distrurb signs did not fit on the external door handle etc. Also there was a problem with the hotels card machine for payment and the systems did not quite seem to work (I had pre-paid yet the full balance was outstanding on the hotels system).

Cet hôtel est sale, scandaleusement sale et vétuste. Joints de douche moisis, peinture qui cloque, rideaux crasseux, fauteuils tachés et noircis au niveau des accoudoirs, glace avec traces de doigts, odeur nauséabonde dans le bar, rebords de fenêtres jamais nettoyés, plafond fissuré et noirci par endroit. Endroit totalement ''has been'' et crasseux. A éviter absolument !

Un design kitsch et toc. La salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre, wc y compris ! la porte de la chambre qui ferme mal le cuisinier qui n'est pas là à 8h le matin : pas d'oeuf au petit déjeuner

Le personnel manque vraiment de qualification. La restauration est médiocre et le bar n'avait pas la totalité de ce qu'il propose sur sa carte, très décevant pour ce genre d'établissement.

Design original et situation

Déco qui va passser vite et surtout entretien et qualité déjà en dégradation....( Robinets , murs ....)

La chambre était très bien décorée, le lit très bon, le personnel très sympathique

L'hôtel n'est pas très vieux mais mérite un coup de jeune (pomme de douche en mauvais état, légères infiltrations d'eau dans la salle de bains, porte qui ferme mal).

Le design

Il faut reclamer la facture pour avoir le detail de la note a payer. On s'aperçoit alors que le prix annoncé pour le brunch ne correspond pas au prix à payer !!!
