Large room, beautiful bathroom and the room temperature was perfect.
Hallway was really dark. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the lock so I could open my room door.
Too dark, breakfast too expensive. Pisco Sour very far from Peruvian original and very expensive
The employees were very helpful. They were kind and efficient. Also the hotel was super clean, with a nice music going all the time.
My free movie selection on my TV did not work.
Great location, metro on the doorstep, plus lots of good bars and restaurants. This part of Paris is reasonably priced! Huge comfy beds, very friendly staff, can't believe the review scores are not higher.
Location Design Personnel Comfort
I didn't like toiletts in the room without separation, doors ... and view from bed. For this standing it's a pity.
Very friendly staff, location is perfect, 30m from metro station. I forgot an item in the room and the staff was very helpful getting it back.
Very expensive breakfast.
Bedroom and bathroom was great.
catering/room service was lacking/non-existent.
Nice quiet room, nice staff. Very comfortable bed. Located close to Metro Republique with easy connection to major Metro lines. Nice restaurant.
The floor in the room was cold, so a pair of slippers would have been nice to have. For some reason, we had bathrobes but didn't have slippers
The Desing of Hotel and The Location Nice
Just The Internet i don't know why they Close the FaceTime Call and the Viber
Nice modern rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, large bathroom, lots of space for Paris standards, great staff, affordable valet service, staff going the extra mile when there is an issue. Would definitely come back!
We had an issue with our room which was sorted by the staff by upgrading us to another larger room, and in addition they brought us 2 sweet desserts in our room and a nice card as token of goodwill. Please replace shower heads by one that directs water down rather than forward.
Modern rooms, very comfortable and excellent location
Wifi was slow and kept cutting out
Nothing to be honest
The hotel is very poor! Bad location! The stuff aren't friendly at all! And it's not a clean hotel ! And the elevator wasn't working at all! Don't know what to say more!
Good bed , good staff
Wasn't easy to find the hotel. No privacy "do not disturb" .. The cleaning guy may open the door anytime so be always prepaired and do not get of ur clothes. The water leaks to the room. I changed my booking over the phone and they still charged me
The staff were great! When the wifi didn't work they offered to change my room.
Everything was great except the air conditioning in my room didn't work and it was very hot. But overall, very very happy with the staff and my stay. Will definitely return!
We wanted to stay next to Marais and this Hotel is very well placed to Metro , to go out for dinner and to go shopping. Nice location next to cool concept stores. We had never breakfast in the Hotel because in Booking com the hotel guests before expressed better to have the breakfadt outside and we did this with success
the concierge were not well informed and not trustworth. We asked in the morining for a texi reservation and they forgot so we had to wait quite long to get one before departure. Addtionally in gerneral not very informed
Close To the Hotel there are serveral Nice locations for breakfast and Shopping destnations. WE never had breakfast in the hotel."merci" concept store is not far and very trendy. We will book again. Good Restaurants are very close and
Nice staff, clean and modern inside, but too dark corridors.
Lack of english language TV channels (only 1), extreme poor breakfast and asking price 25€ - crazy.
I was taking my mother away for a wk end. A wk before our stay she was rushed to hospital for an emergency operation. The hotel refused to let me postpone our stay so was left 522 euros out of pocket. I was aware that the booking was at a special rate and couldn't be changed , but thought that in an emergency the hotel would reconsider. The manager would not even talk to me on the phone. He let his assistant communicate on his behalf. I was not even given an option to pay extra to move the booking on for a few months. No doubt they let our room out so made double money on it. It is an expensive hotel and I thought they would be a little understanding. Will never try and stay there again!
Staff very good, lovely room, very comfortable modern room, great location.
Corridor unbelievably dark, room liable to flood when using shower through bad design, bed raised up on tiled platform, no tea/coffee making facilities in room.
The potential was there for a very good/trendy hotel.
Very disappointed because of the renovation work. On the Saturday morning, there were workers already outside my 3rd floor window at 08:00am, making a lot of noise. Appreciate that they need to work, but nothing worse than to be woken up by a man bumping into your 3rd floor window at 08:00am. Furthermore, the internet connection was extremently poor and I was not able to connect for the majority of my stay and when I contacted Reception, they advised that the connection was poor.
Room was good
No bar or restaurant as advertised. This was due to refurbishments which were not advertised.
The location is good.
The hotel is under renovation so the restaurents and most of the facilities are closed. There is a weird smell all over the hotel. I think they spray with something. The staff dont know anything about anything and the no light in the corridors concept is rediculous.
Location near multiple Metro stations Odd but attractive decor Front desk staff helpful and courteous Air conditioning worked well
Impossible to see hotel from street - no sign. Their bar / resturaunt closed. Should have said so in their profile on booking.com.
Layout of bathroom
I would most highly recommend Streets hotel. It was a great value as most American brand hotels were twice as much. They had a nice trendy lounge withuaic on the first floor, and I, above it, never heard a peep. Super quiet, super clean, great jot water pressure, excellently helpful staff (especially Maria), I will stay here every time I'm in Paris. The neighborhood is a hip, young, trendy area that even the Parisians were impressed I found. Definitely enjoyed the hotel. Did u mention it's less than a block from a number 8 subway station?! Same street too!
