If you like modern design, you will like this hotel...

It was convenient for our visit to see family.

We did not like the lighting - too dark in the hallway. The separate toilet and bathroom was inconvenient.

Good location and nice clean rooms, with quite cool, quirky features. Hotel service proved good when my wife left her mobile phone in the room adn they arranged for it to be couriered back to the uk.

Considering this is a "design" hotel, it was actually, hilariously poorly designed - Plug sockets were on the other side of the room to mirrors, do not distrurb signs did not fit on the external door handle etc. Also there was a problem with the hotels card machine for payment and the systems did not quite seem to work (I had pre-paid yet the full balance was outstanding on the hotels system).

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the bar and restaurant had a nice vibe, the fresh juices at breakfast were great!

It needs a facelift, looks better at nighttime than during the day, the upholstery in my room was ratty...The overall design was hip and I am sure in it's heyday very chic, the whole spa/pool was misleading...there is no spa and the pool is only for special suites.

The only pleasant thing about this hotel was the staff.

The room was tiny- there was no room to open the wardrobe. It was in poor decorative order - paint peeling from the bathroom wall, toilet leaking onto floor, curtains/ blinds inadequate.Bed was unconfortable. It was very expensive for a very unpleasant stay. The hotel concentrates on design rather than comfort or quality. I chose this hotel because your website stated that it had a swimming pool and spa and booked what was supposed to be a "superior double room". I was disappointed that it didn't have pool or spa but even more disappointed that the room was so poor for so much money. A very nasty experience.

Personnel desagreable aucune communication,quel dommage pour un etablissement d'un tel renom,menage plus que douteux ,chambre avec le strict minimum,concierge nul (je pese mes mots),bref vous n'etes qu'un porte monnaie et rien de plus aucune consideration pour le client ,un acceuil des plus nuls ,hotel vraiement a ne pas recommandé quel deception ! je ne le recommande surtout pas vous seriez plus que decu

Le pesonnel essaye de faire au mieux mais les responsables ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hotel 4 étoiles.

Le plus mauvais hotel 4 étoiles de Paris que je connaisse. Chambre vetuste , taches sur la console , fauteuil déchiré , carrelage taché... Le room service est une vrai catastrophe , personne n'a récupéré notre demande de petit dejeuner , comme le téléphone était en panne j'ai du descendre la feuille à l'acceuil à 7h .Nous avions demandé pour 8h30 ,le petit dej nous a été amené à 7h55. Pas un mot d'excuse , j'ai demandé à voir un responsable mais le vendredi matin il n'y en a pas , il est en réunion au siége m'a t on dit. Un hotel qui vit sur sa réputation , trés cher par rapport à de vrai 4étoiles Parisiens de qualité . a éviter

La chambre était très bien décorée, le lit très bon, le personnel très sympathique

L'hôtel n'est pas très vieux mais mérite un coup de jeune (pomme de douche en mauvais état, légères infiltrations d'eau dans la salle de bains, porte qui ferme mal).

Le design

Il faut reclamer la facture pour avoir le detail de la note a payer. On s'aperçoit alors que le prix annoncé pour le brunch ne correspond pas au prix à payer !!!

La gentilezza dello staff.

Si,pur pagando lo stesso prezzo per la stessa tipologia di camera una era molto più piccola e scomoda.

Besonders gut hat mir das Design der Hotelzimmer gefallen und dass sie mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet sind. Auch die hoteleigene Bar ist sehr angenehm, da es in der näheren Umgebung keine moderne Bar gibt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Größenangaben der Zimmer stimmen leider nicht. Wir buchten ein Prestige Zimmer, dass 30 m² haben sollte. Tatsächlich haben diese Zimmer ca. 20 m². Erst nach Urgenz und geringer Aufzahlung konnten wir am nächsten Tag ein deutlich größerers Zimmer beziehen.
