It was so reasonably priced and not badly situated to walk into Guerende day or night & the breakfast was very good ! They needed a mirror in the bedroom as you had to plug hairdryer etc into bathroom .

Hotel easy to find. Stick to main through road - Route Bleu (don't go into Guerande itself) and hotel clearly visible. Staff helpful. Modern, clean. Room nice, good value for money. Breakfast excellent. Over 1 km walk to historic centre Guerande. Hotel located in commercial / light industrial area - not romantic. No place serving evening meal nearby or at hotel. None of this a problem for me but could be for others.

Very relaxed and pleasant hotel and staff. Good spacious room and bathroom, with great daylighting. Good choice of food items for buffet breakfast. Thoroughly pleasant. I ended up extending by stay by a further two nights. I plan to go back next year. All this niceness for little more than the cost of f1, Etap, Premiere Classe etc, and so much better. Cat in the dining room.

Pouvoir arriver très tard Avec une carte détaillée de l'endroit, avec un gps correctement programmé, qui nous a conduit sur une place qui était la bonne, le manque de panneau indicateur, d'enseigne lumineuse ou autre moyen d’identification a fait que nous sommes reparti chercher aux alentours où pouvait être l'hôtel. Nous l'avons vu finalement à partir d'une autre rue avec retour sur la place précédente et enfin arrivée à l'hôtel (au premier essai nous nous sommes arrêtés à quelques mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel sans le voir - l'hôtel jouxte une Brasserie qui est elle parfaitement visible grace à son enseigne ); Par pitié pour ceux qui arrivent tardivement mettez un panneau, une enseigne lumineuse, quelques choses indiquant où est l'hôtel

Excellent petit-déjeuner. Lit très confortable. L'heure de fermeture de la réception de l'hotel n'avait pas été notée sur l'imprimé de réservation d'après le site Booking.com. C'était une mauvaise surprise, nous aurions pu arriver après la fermeture.

“Reception staff friendly, welcoming and informative- my wife is bilingual but the gentleman on reception spoke excellent English should we have needed this. We had studio which was spacious, clean and well fitted out with all crockery and cutlery, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. Bedding provided and beds already made up. We had 1st floor room with balcony which boasted 4 chairs and a round table. Towels provided. Hair dryers, ironing boards, bicycles can be hired at reception. Lovely grounds, 2 large swimming pools and seating area with WC. 300 metres from beach and promenade, we walked to Pornichet and La Baule centre. Car parking outside apartment blocks or underground for extra charge. Booking today to return in June!!” George, Commequiers |
