Lovely, super-friendly and super-helpful staff. Nice spacious room with excellent sound proofing. This is my second visit and, at the price, this hotel would be very hard to beat. Very relaxing and welcoming, no stress.

It was so reasonably priced and not badly situated to walk into Guerende day or night & the breakfast was very good ! They needed a mirror in the bedroom as you had to plug hairdryer etc into bathroom .

Easy to access from the national route (route bleue), just 10 minutes from the beach (Baule Escoublac) away. toilet room not so clean, shower defect.

Hotel easy to find. Stick to main through road - Route Bleu (don't go into Guerande itself) and hotel clearly visible. Staff helpful. Modern, clean. Room nice, good value for money. Breakfast excellent. Over 1 km walk to historic centre Guerande. Hotel located in commercial / light industrial area - not romantic. No place serving evening meal nearby or at hotel. None of this a problem for me but could be for others.

Very relaxed and pleasant hotel and staff. Good spacious room and bathroom, with great daylighting. Good choice of food items for buffet breakfast. Thoroughly pleasant. I ended up extending by stay by a further two nights. I plan to go back next year. All this niceness for little more than the cost of f1, Etap, Premiere Classe etc, and so much better. Cat in the dining room.

L'amabilité du personnel, et le couchage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, de plus sur le descriptif il est noté que c'est un hotel insonorisé et malheureusement c'est l'inverse. Lorsque les locataires proches se servaient de l'eau dans la salle de bain, nous profitions des bruits de canalisation et vice et versa , ce qui nous gênaient lorsque nous souhaitions utiliser la salle de bain tard le soir par exemple. Le rideau de la fenêtre ne plaque pas suffisament ce qui laisse passer les phares des voitures qui passent à proximité.

L'excellent accueil et les conseils pour visiter la région. Petit déjeuner très copieux et des horaires de service appréciables pour les lève-tard. L'odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre alors qu'il est interdit d'y fumer!!

Tout d'abord la proximité du lieu où je devais travailler en déplacement. Ensuite le personnel rencontré (accueil et au petit déjeuner) était très sympathique et souriant ; La chambre individuelle dispose d'un grand lit agréable après une bonne journée et le petit déjeuner, peut-être un peu cher, mais copieux ! Un accès facile et pas de problème pour se garer. Le principal reproche est l'état de la salle de bain de la chambre : elle n'était pas sale, mais les éléments de douche (fixation, tuyau) étaient bons à changer. Mais bon, j'ai survécu !!
