Die Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang/Rezeption und die Möglichkeit, das Auto in die Garage zu stellen. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Frauen gar nicht empfehlenswert. Auch als Turistenpaar hatte man ein mulmiges Gefühl wenn man Abends/Nachts zum Hotel kam. Die Teppichen in den Gänge und Treppenhaus sind sehr ungepflegt. Auf das Frühstück kann man aus hygienischen Gründen verzichten (dass man noch Käse, Butter und Fleischware ungekühlt auf ein Buffet stellen darf war für uns unbegreiflich). |

The room i was given was not clean, the floor was grubby, the shower had mold and hairs from previous guests, and the room had a bad smell. I had stayed in this hotel before and found it to be clean and good value but not this time. |

Location No wireless internet. One of my main reasons for choosing that hotel was because it advertised free wireless internet in every room. There was nothing. |

The location is great for a single traveller with luggage and knowing much about the town at first. The staff are very friendly, in fact, the most friendly I've experienced in four cities in France. |

Hardly anything!!! The enviroment of the hotel (very suspicious area, close to the railway station, ruined buildings, dirty streets...) should be more specifically described. When chosing this hotel, we trusted also the evaluation of the visitors and it seems as if somebody purposly wanted to trick people to stay in this hotel!! |

Wifi is for free - but is not working. Rooms are old and worn. All fire doors are locked in open position. Street looks like Bronx or Harlem. The staff is kind and helpfull. Price/quality ratio is low. |

The hotel is very easy to find - it is right across the road from Nice Ville station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early so that I could drop off my bags. Air conditioning in the room was good. The room was not very clean. There was a conspicuous stain on one of the blankets. The shower was basically a trickle of water, rather than anything assembling a shower. The fridge had not been cleared of leftover wine and juice from the previous occupants. The location around the hotel is a bit dodgy as well. |

Rooms were larger than expected, clean and the aircon was working - yeh! In general the condition of amenities were good, clean and enjoyable. Breakfast is good, but be sure to go early - it can become crowded later on and there is no aircon in the breakfast room... |

the location was good, especially for people arriving by train (which we did not) Even thought the hotel was advertised as "recently remodeled", it was in poor shape. The door knob and locking mechanism looked like they were just plastered in. We had asked for 2 single beds, but were given a room with a double bed "because the other rooms are worse". It was not worth 70 euro. |

We book 2 rooms in total. We arrived late and was given a room at the basement with no windows and damp. Not very pleasant as we were tired and still needs to get the room changed. As for the other room, the air-con wasn't working and is stuffy. |

Rooms conditioned and clean, that is very important in summer. My room had a fridge, that was relly a frdge, not minibar - excellent. Staff too friendly - actually you do not expect that hotel professionals want to communicate with you in private way. This is the point hotel administration certainly has to improve.There is no wifi connection that is promissed in advertisments of hotel everywhere, but this is a general feature in France. Try to get sure if you are booking this hotel believing, that internet is there. |

ho apprezzato poco perchè sono siamo stati sempre fuori, utilizzando l'hotel solo per dormire. camera matrimoniale piccola( il letto era addossato al muro per cui bisognava saltare), non molto pulita, non ho potuto avere un ulteriore cuscino perchè non erano disponibili. il bagno "sembrava" pulito e così la biancheria. |
