Good location and price. Very friendly staff. Hot water supply faulty at first, but then fixed. Cleaners do very superficial job. Windows need more isolation (you can feel the cold wind coming in).

My coworkers and I stayed here instead of Geneva due to the outrageous hotel prices. This hotel is conveniently located 15 mins walk away from the Switzerland / France border. Once you crossed the border, you can catch tram 12 or 16 to the downtown of Geneva. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. And the room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi was very very slow.

отличное расположение, если необходимо проездом остановиться в районе женевы на один-два дня. район, в котором расположен отель не самый лучший, не ждите приятных прогулок пешком до отеля. это бюджетный вариант на пару ночей, если цены в женеве вас шокируют. в номерах было жутко холодно, никакого отопления нет, только кондиционер, но зимой это не помогает, думаю, что и летом охлаждения не дождешься. слышимость ужасная, звук слива воды в туалете ночью, может просто разбудить. но в номерах чисто, фото соответствует действительности.

Emplacement très favorable. Garage. Chambres situées sur l'arrière très silencieuses. Prix intéressant par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver en Suisse, à quelques minutes de là. Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine très insuffisants et dépareillés ! Inacceptable (et jamais vu) pour un établissement de ce standing. On demande aux clients de laisser le côté cuisine propre mais sans fournir la plus petite éponge ni de liquide vaisselle. Pour une demande de couvertures supplémentaires le soir, il faut se rhabiller et descendre les chercher à la réception, car on refuse de les monter !

Pratique (cuisine bien équipée) bien situé par rapport a notre besoin équipement satisfaisant (tv wifi) propre salle de bains bien fournies prestations annoncées bien presentes Manquait des couvertures qu'ils n'ont pas pu fournir mais heureusement la chambre était bien chauffée

La grandeur de la chambre. - Le prix initial ne prend pas en compte le petit-déjeuner (13 euros par personne ???!!!!), ni même le prix du parking (9 euros ??!!!). quelle agréable surprise lors du paiement ! - de plus, il faut payer à l'arrivée et non au départ.

Take tram 14 from the Central Train station in Geneva to Bel-Air. From Bel-Air take tram 12 till the last stop. The whole journey would take about 40 minutes to an hour. Walk towards the border and walk another 500 meters or so. You will find the hotel on the left side of rue de geneve. The price and location were ok. There were a lot of options to eat near the hotel. The kitchen in the apartment saved us money. Stinge in the hall-way. No lock in the toilet.
