Good transport links to Geneva.

Badly furnished establishment in need of renovation. Poor quality electrics resulting in being asked to trip an RCD in the fuseboard and socket falling from the wall! In need sound proofing due to traffic noise. Linen was stained and of poor quaility and entire hotel had a unpleasant smell.

Value for money, staff really helpfull, ideal location for needs, many supermarkets and restaurants nearby as cooking facilities available.

Noise insulation not great.

Very good hotel to travel with the family and visit Ginebra. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very close to the Train that takes you directly downtown in only 10 minutes. The parking costs only 5 € per day

Large one-bedroom apartment with small kitchenette. Very clean. Free parking outside.

Reception seemed a little busy and slow to respond in some cases. No dishliquid and sponge in the kitchen to clean the dishes.

Promixity of swiss public transport (tram 12).

Spots on the carpet. Separate beds that would always slide apart. Usual helpless staff (ok it's France, so it wasn't really that bad). Small gripe: asked for salt and pepper in the evening (took the empty ones to the desk), staff didn't want to take from the breakfast table only after long persuasion. Never got a decent wine glass.

roof didn't leak. drapes covered the window. water was hot. rate very good for geneva area.

cheap towel...........one for two people. bathroom amenities? don't remember. room not made up after first night. very expensive breakfast, which we passed on. no clock. no washcloth. the trouble with questionairres is the black/white nature of too many of the questions. would we recommend? possibly, not yes/no.

The location with an easy accessibilty to any place arround the Lake Geneva, Geneva City and the French Alps. The price.

Not enough place in closet. The hotel staff, most of them of course, do not speak English.

Comfortable well appointed small appartment. Car park at back of hotel. Very convenient practical location for Geneva, motorways and alpine beauty spots. Excellent value.

Situated in a rather run-down part of town. Had an issue when we found that rooms were left uncleaned one day and that reception could not find enough clean towels in the evening.

Very Less Kitchen equipment for four people. Not Serving bowl or plate Staff needs to be more polite !! Arogant Staff !!

It was clean and spacious - in fact it was an apartment with 2 separate rooms and all needed kitchen facilities. It is not in Geneva on the map, but in fact it is a suburb of Geneva - it took us 10 minutes by car to the city center.

It is written in the room that you have to wash the dishes that you have used, otherwise they charge you additionaly (30 EUR as far as I remember). But there were neither washing liquid nor a sponge. A hint to the hotel: in a similar type of hotel in Milan they have left a packege with small washing liquid and a sponge (as in all hotels provide you with small shampoo, soap, etc. in the room).

I booked a 4 person room. + Very good standard + Very nice clerks + Air conditioning in room (I didn't know how to change its settings, I think it was automatic AC of the building)

- The fridge was very small and didn't chill very well

The hotel is a very good alternative to expensive Geneva hotels if you want to explore Geneva and its surroundings. It is located about .5 km from Swiss border and Geneva. On the way to the border (200 m from hotel) there is located quite good Chinese restaurant in which we had dinner.

Several minor maintenance issues. Overflow drain in kitchen sink, the hose to route this back to the trap was broken. Cleaning solution used by the hotel has too strong a pefume smell

Functional for a family and good for budget

A bit ratty around the edges, meaning quite worn, but clean enough.

The flat is fully equipped, especially the kitchen. For a short stay, the hotel is correct. It is located very close from a bakery and a supermarket, which can be a good strategy to avoid to pay for the hotel's breakfast.

There was an important water leakage through the kitchen sink, which was not solved by the hotel staff. The bath curtain was quite old and a bit disgusting.

Very good choice if you are going to Geneva. Its only 300 meters away from the swiss borders and the tram stop to geneva. Has good facilities , room spacious and has its own bathroom and kitchen. Reasonably decorated. The area around the hotel has grocery store , many restaurants in different cuisines.

The place smells cooking during meal times . breakfast not included in room rates and is costly. The hotel is clean but could be cleaner. The mattress in our room was worn out. Air conditioning is not that cool.
