The swimming pool was clean and accessible. Room and balcony floors dirty on arrival. The kitchenette area was splattered with fat everywhere and not clean. The crockery and cutlery was dirty as if just wiped clean after use. No dish washing liquid to clean this mess upon arrival. No English channels on the television. Checked out on a Sunday just to find no one available to leave the key with. Contacting the number supplied lead me to a person not able to speak any English. |

Pleasant staff, very clean hotel and surroundings. The breakfast was excellent but very expensive. Spacious car park and very secure with locked gates at night. Very convenient for the airport. The room was sparsely equipped with only the most basic facilities for self catering - eg no teapot, no wine glasses etc. |

Good size, clean & modern room. Private terrace.Free internet connection. Pool & fitness room. Free secure parking. Proximity to shops & Aix, as well as other towns & villages. Proximity to airport. Freindly staff, Quiet hotel & location. Excellent value. Difficult to find. Pool only open 9am to 8 pm. |

My room was stylish and had useful appliances. The mattress was also good. Very hard to find in a residential area. No staff on site. No alarm clock. Nothing of any use in the vicinity. Not for one night-stay -- as in my case. Maybe for long stays with a rented car- but I don't know their prices for that. |

Clean, nice room with TV, ok. The reception was not opened as stated on our confirmed reservation, so we had to call someone, not speaking much English and tried to get codes to get in. The next day the reception was not opened again, so we could not pay there and it had to be deducted from card (which was given only for confirmation purposes and nobody should got money from it). |

the staff redefined "going the extra mile", their kindness and efforts to make our stay a great one where limitless. The hotel has all facilities. We stayed there 4 nights as we had a wedding not far. Most of the wedding party stayed in 3* hotels around and regretted it bitterly (expensive, no internet, based on business area etc... |

A good hotel with ample parking and friendly staff. The room was half the size of the one pictured when we made our booking. The studio apartment is not big enough for two people to share comfortably for extended stays. |

Emplacement très calme, à recommander mais attention à bien veiller à l'entretien des équipements (pour les gérants). Commerces à proximité bien. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Placard de rangement insuffisant. Ok pour quelques nuits mais pas pour un plus long séjour. |

nous avons apprécié la kichnet et le balcon pour le petit déjeuner je n'ai pas trouvé la literie de bonne qualité et l'hôtel est très difficile à trouver lorsqu'on n'est pas du coin. Nous avons cherché l'hôtel un grand moment en pleine nuit, pas assez d'indications. |

Uzavřený objekt s velkým parkovištěm, bazénem.Vhodné na přespání - vyjíždět na celodenní výlety po okolí - poznávání oblasti Provence. Nebyla otevřena recepce o víkendu - i když byla v dispozicích uvedena, že bude v provozu - problém s ubytováním-neznali jsme kódy..Během pobytu - 9 nocí nebyl proveden úklid, i když bylo napsáno, že 1x týdně je v ceně zahrnutý.Málo nádobí v kuchyňce- hlavně chyběla pánev. |
