Park & Suites Elégance Nantes-Carré Bouffay    

Location is perfect to see everything in Nantes. Hotel is modern and room was large with little kitchette and frig to cook and to keep things there (we didn't but maybe next time with more days). Bed was good and had goos support for our backs. It is 5 minutes walking from the train station, although a quick tram in front of the station will drop you off in fronf of the hotel . And..you can not beat the price!

Noise. All the comments about the noise are true. Quite what makes the inhabitants of Nantes feel the need to scream at each other until 5am is beyond me, but they do it and you will hear every syllable, even on the 6th floor with the window shut. Take headphones or earplugs, or better still, sleep somewhere else because they aren't going to change!

Hotel location is perfect. We satisfied fm hotel and rooms. we can stay once again if we will go to Nantes.

It is convenient place to access some place in city center of Nantes.

Hot water is not sometimes available.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and safe. The receptionist was very kind and spoke in english and also supported us to try speak french. The location was excellent. We were allowed to keep our bags behind reception after we checked in.

The breakfast seemed expensive at 13euro a day so we opted to make our own using the kitchen.

Location is close to city center and 1 stop away from Main Train Station, this hotel is probably the best hotel I've stayed during my France biz trip, aside from the location, it is a big room with full kitchen and utility and it's really quiet, very suitable for biz traveler, couples, or even family [you will find the kitchen is really great]

Excellent staff. It is right in the city center. The room with a kitchen.

No carpark. However, there is one about 300-400 meters from the hotel, and one in construction only 100 meters from the hotel.

Spacious rooms with mini kitchen, excellent beds, very clean. Great lobby.

Blocked shower. Staff let herself into our room without knocking first and despite our key being inside lock an hour prior to departure time. No excuses. Complicated to get into the pedestrian area for parking in the hotel car park

Location, large apartment feel room, kitchen in room, quiet. Next to tons of restaurants, chafes, bars, etc. can walk anywhere and close to public transit. Next to the castle. Would definitely stay here again along with any of their properties across France.

Washer/dryer took forever, so plan ahead. This is an aside from the place, but more the city, taxi's are twice as expensive on Sundays and nights. It cost us $23€ from airport to hotel on Thursday. On Sunday it was 43€ ( d rate). Also, city is dead on Sundays and hardley any taxis available.

comfortable environment and good wifi access

We were visiting our daughter who is at the University and needed a central localtion to sleep 4 adults. The Studio apartment was perfect - right in the centre with a comfortable bed and sofa bed and a kitchen which meant that we could prepare breakfast and lunch at our leisure. The staff were extremely helpful - looking after our luggage to allow us to make the most of our stay.

It was a little bit noisy late at night - outside as it was near a main street and night club - but we did so much walking and were so tired that it wasnt a problem. Light sleepers may want to take ear plugs. This shouldny put anyone off though as the localtion and facilities were excellent.

Park & Suites was centrally located and allowed us to self cater if we required. Service were as represented on their website. All staff we had contact with were very helpful.

The only issue we had was not being able to watch English language television programs or programs with English subtitles other than bbc News.

Great location. Confortable room, nice atmoshphere.

The room we had was very spacious, and the apartments are in a wonderful position close to the old town and with a tram stop just a few steps away. The staff at the front desk were also very pleasant and helpful.

Kitchenette was very dark and there was no manual for the combo oven/microwave. The bathroom floor had quite a lot of hair behind the door, and there was nothing to dry the dishes. Very basic accommodation, but the staff made every effort to make us more comfortable.

Modern clean facilities

Location was perfect, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Facilities in hotel were excellant. Studio appartments were equipped with two hot plates, fridge and microwave.

Great rooms, in the living center of Nantes

Nantes nightlife can get really noisy!!! Difficult to sleep at saturday night.

Location very good

Noise was a big problem. The windows are not double-glazed and the narrow streets are full of late night bars and cafes. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.

the kindness of the staff, the room itself with its kichenette, very practical indeed. and it is very well located.

bad soundproofing. although I was on the 3rd floor I could hear people talking in the street downstairs.
