the reception was closed as i arrived late from brussel ( 23:30) But the security guy for the night was very friendly and spoke very good english the very clean room, furniture and equipment of hall, floor and room made me feel comfortable instantely.

the comparatevely far location from anything like tube, town... no cigarettes to buy. no coffee machine or chance to buy some drinks for the late arriving guests.

I booked there only because everything else in Toulouse was full. It was basic shelter.

When we arrived, the gate was locked, no staff was on duty, and the telephone to the front desk didn't work. I and my friends waited out in the hot sun for someone to deal with us. We finally climbed over the wall. Your web site said check in was a 3:30, but it actually was 4. We assumed that your self-description as a hotel meant that we could leave our bags til check in time. You should make it clear that you do not provide the services standard for a hotel.

i thought the apt were beautiful very clean and air con was perfect as we stayed at a very hot time of year

yes there was as the view wasnt nice and the area was terrible, we didint have transport and we had walk to the village and it didnt fell very safe, there was nothing to do or anywhere close for a drink so we had to go into toulouse staying there for two nights with no car was enough

The pool was great. Kitchen very basic. Noisy room door slamming.

Muy dificil de encontrar, muy mal señalizado. El personal muy desagradable. Las habitaciones incomodisimas, sobre todo el sofa-cama, era imposible dormir. No nos dieron almohadas, ni toallas. Los aviones pasaban por encima cada pocos minutos. La alarma de incendios sono a las 8 de la mañana. La señora de la limpieza entro dentro de la habitacion mientras estabamos durmiendo (8:30 de la mañana).FATAL

Es un hotel muy sencillo, pero consta de lo más esencial. Son pequeños apartamentos con cocina, baño y nevera. Esta a unos 15 minutos del centro en coche( pero esta complicado encontrarlo). Los apartamentos estan muy limpios. Incluso todos los utensilio de cocina. La seguridad de las habitaciones es un punto a su favor, ya que hay personal de vigilancia por las noches.

Esta muuuuuy lejos del centro hay que coger coche, y esta en una zona perdida ( al lado de autopistas) que cuesta mucho encontrar. Las habitaciones son muy simples y en la misma habitacion donde duermes tienes la mini cocina. Es decir duermes con el ruido de la nevera, y ves la encimera de la cocina. También hay ruido de aviones pero por la noche no hay casi vuelos.

Grande piscine propre et agréable, et salle de fitness, le tout ouvert jusqu'à 23h ! Cuisine et vaisselle très complète (jusqu'au mini lave-vaisselle. Jolie décoration de l'appartement dans son ensemble, beaucoup de rangements, salle de bain spacieuse et agréable avec cabine douche et sèche serviettes chauffant. Possibilité de réguler la température de la pièce grâce à une télécommande.

Manque juste le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain. Le bruit des avions qui arrivent et décollent de l'aéroport est dommage.

Le harcelement quasi systematique pour regler sa note en debut de sejour. Ainsi que les equipements qui ne fonctionnent pas: sauna, velo.
