Location of this hotel was quite convenient for me since I was visiting people in that area. Also hotel was location within 30 seconds from a metro station. Staff was very friendly and helpful; I noticed this since I had to change my reservation twice before arriving.
Honestly speaking for a 3 star hotel probably it was fair quality, but I think I would be nicer to have cleaner rooms and corridors in the hotel.
Excellent location, neighbourhood, only 10 minutes from city centre, supermarket next door, spacious room, equiped kitchen, helpfull staff, super breakfast, affordable price in otherwise expencive city. Great place to stay when visiting Paris if you are on the budget.
Cleaning could be done more often then once a week, but it`s endurable if you are not planning to hang out in your room all day.
Staff members was very kind and wifi was good
Smell in whole 5th floor was terrible even though considering apartment hotel. Bed flame was not solid and mattress was not comfortable. Water in the kitchen sink was not drained properly. Water in toilet was not controlled.
Place, personal, rooms. Location near metrostation.
Bad WiFi, 1 day without hot water
Very close to metro and supermarket.
Kitchen amenities are very poor and no response for the request. No wireless in some areas.
Price. Location related with paul brousse hospital
Kind of kitchenet Cleaning only fair
the area seemed to be safe and its next to a metro station (direct access to the Louvre and Pont Neuf); friendly staff; nice room
uncomfortable bed; poor wifi signal
The closeness to the train station and a supermarket.
The cost per night was a bit on the high side.
Location is near Metro Parking garage is underground and secure Kitchenet in the room
Lamps are defective, seems no maintainence Bed is hard Called a man stuff to ask one more chair ,but the it is not possible, attitude can be better. Next day, my husband asked again in person, got it from a friendly woman looks like from management. No hair dryer in the room, called reception, I have to wait for anothet day cause people also borrowed it.
Location is good, close to metro and supermarket and essential vending machine when supermarket was closed. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Good value for a 3 star.
Staff were very good but didn't provide baby cot although mentioned in booking and check in. It would have been helpful to have kettle in the rooms. Beds are not very comfortable.
There are small insects which made our stay is disaster
The location is very good, right on the Metro station, and you can get almost anywhere in Paris in less than 20-30 minutes.
Breakfast hours are supposed to be up to 11am on weekends, apparently, everyone in the staff knows that it has changed and is now 10am but every bit of information published or displayed still states 11am. Having someone at the desk telling us that "at least you had your breakfast" is not really smart and helpful. And we speak french, which is not the case of the lady in the breakfast room. Room was smelly and bins full when we arrived.
Hotel tres bien situe parking prive prix competitif
Moquette de la chambre hors d usage et dechiree.
Localization close to a metro station, large space of the room,
Only French channels on TV. Problems with the key of room (didn't work)
The location is very close to the Metro and only around six stations to the centre of Paris, only takes around 15 mins. Comfortable bedroom and the facilities were fine. Very handy supermarket one minute walk away, and weekend market. James and Sally, Edinburgh.UK
There did not appear to be air conditioning in the bedroom but we were able to open our windows when required.
near metro station,clean,good to sleep
good location, 2min. metrostation and supermarche. 30 min. to city cetre
check in at 3 o'clock
Noise Poor bed Room too warm
20 meters to a supermarket, 30 meters to the metro station, free broadband wifi internet. Even though the windows led directly to a busy street, the noise inside was barely noticeable.
The room was fairly worn out.
Smell, like a student dorm. Stains on carpet, old tables and chairs. Cigaret burns on toilet. Way less than 2 stars.
limitation for using hot water (only one person can take shower the other will take with COLD water), low wifi signal,
Not as pictured, no dining table or sofa, just a standard hotel bedroom. Tea making facilities was just a kettle! Staff rude and unwelcoming. Do not book here if you want an apartment!!! Couldn't even get an iron when requested.
The apartment was right by the metro, the small supermarket under it was very handy and the room was large for the Paris location. It reminded me of living in a bedsit in London 25 years ago - adequate but not a space to enjoy.
The bed was past its useful life, there was a kitchenette but no electric kettle and the place generally felt a bit unloved. Basically this place could be ok but it felt neglected. For example the apartment we had needed repainting, a new blind and new carpet and it could have been quite nice. With more sensible furniture it could have been a better space to use. There were two desks and chairs but no table that two people could sit at and eat despite there being room. Also it looked out on a large central area that was a giant neglected weed patch - it could have been a nice lawn or garden with some effort. We paid 60 euro per night without breakfast (for 2) so it was cheap but the reality didn't match their advertised image on the brochures in the room.
Location, cooperative attitude of the staffs and reasonably comfort of staying.
Extra charge for cleaning room and changing towels. From my travel experience across five continents, I haven't find any hotel so far where it needs extra payment for room service like cleaning, etc.
Location - very good indeed: - 15 minutes by taxi from Orly airport (costed 21 euro only, which is even lower than average 30 euros for taxi within Paris), - metro station Villejuif Leo Lagrange just in1 minute's walk, - Supermarket Casino in the same building as the hotel, - Auchan just in 10 minutes' walk from the hotel (at Le Kremlin Bicetre metro station), - Bus station for route #47 which takes you to the centre of Paris - just near Auchan, which also means 10 minutes walk only (if you prefer to stay away from Paris metro)))
Everything was just good and pretty clean except for one thing - CARPETS in rooms, it's just impossible to keep them clean after so many guests coming and going, I would just recommend hotel management change it for laminated flooring or tiles or whatever...
