near metro station,clean,good to sleep
good location, 2min. metrostation and supermarche. 30 min. to city cetre
check in at 3 o'clock
Noise Poor bed Room too warm
20 meters to a supermarket, 30 meters to the metro station, free broadband wifi internet. Even though the windows led directly to a busy street, the noise inside was barely noticeable.
The room was fairly worn out.
Smell, like a student dorm. Stains on carpet, old tables and chairs. Cigaret burns on toilet. Way less than 2 stars.
limitation for using hot water (only one person can take shower the other will take with COLD water), low wifi signal,
Not as pictured, no dining table or sofa, just a standard hotel bedroom. Tea making facilities was just a kettle! Staff rude and unwelcoming. Do not book here if you want an apartment!!! Couldn't even get an iron when requested.
The apartment was right by the metro, the small supermarket under it was very handy and the room was large for the Paris location. It reminded me of living in a bedsit in London 25 years ago - adequate but not a space to enjoy.
The bed was past its useful life, there was a kitchenette but no electric kettle and the place generally felt a bit unloved. Basically this place could be ok but it felt neglected. For example the apartment we had needed repainting, a new blind and new carpet and it could have been quite nice. With more sensible furniture it could have been a better space to use. There were two desks and chairs but no table that two people could sit at and eat despite there being room. Also it looked out on a large central area that was a giant neglected weed patch - it could have been a nice lawn or garden with some effort. We paid 60 euro per night without breakfast (for 2) so it was cheap but the reality didn't match their advertised image on the brochures in the room.
Location, cooperative attitude of the staffs and reasonably comfort of staying.
Extra charge for cleaning room and changing towels. From my travel experience across five continents, I haven't find any hotel so far where it needs extra payment for room service like cleaning, etc.
Location - very good indeed: - 15 minutes by taxi from Orly airport (costed 21 euro only, which is even lower than average 30 euros for taxi within Paris), - metro station Villejuif Leo Lagrange just in1 minute's walk, - Supermarket Casino in the same building as the hotel, - Auchan just in 10 minutes' walk from the hotel (at Le Kremlin Bicetre metro station), - Bus station for route #47 which takes you to the centre of Paris - just near Auchan, which also means 10 minutes walk only (if you prefer to stay away from Paris metro)))
Everything was just good and pretty clean except for one thing - CARPETS in rooms, it's just impossible to keep them clean after so many guests coming and going, I would just recommend hotel management change it for laminated flooring or tiles or whatever...
The location on the outskirts of Paris proper with a metro stop right outside the door was excellent. The bathroom was clean. The beds had clean linens. The housekeeping maid was helpful.
The rug in the kitchenette/living area was so stained i put a comforter down during our stay so I wouldn't have to look at it or step on it. The formica was peeling off the kitchenette counter. The garage was not well-lighted, remote and when you got off the elevator in the basement garage, there were no lights!!! absolute darkness!! The desk attendant (a black male) was surly, but the woman was nice. This place looks like the equivalent of a Holiday-Inn Express in the photos, but it is not. Regretfully unless the hotel company can address its problems and renovate, I would not recommend this property.
clean has all main facilities wifi
this hotel doesn't offer room cleaning till the 7th day!!!! hotel entry unreachable by taxi ac not working poor hot water no coffee maker on junior suite!!!
Room was comfortable. Metro was just below hotel but it takes time to travel in center escpacially the airport. Grocery mall was a big one just below hotel.
In shower room , water get accumulated and does not pass though immediately. We were asked to pay before check in in hotel( without even seing the room). Which I found was not nice but Receptionist agreed that we can pay later after stay. Nothing was provided to clean Kitchen utensils and has to buy ourself. Garbage has to be self disposed( especially kitchen ) if you stay for 4 days- It can make room smelly. Room cleaning not in 4 days as per rule of hotel.
The suite was close to the sub station and it had Hot water, thank God.
1. Room was entirely too small for any price. There was not dresser space for undergarments; you could barely turn around without touching the walls and each other. 2. We were informed that we could not receive any maid service unless we paid extra so we slept on the same sheets for a week. This should have been part of staying in a hotel. 3. We had to ask for towels daily. Towels are a part of proper hygiene. There should not be a reason to ask for them on a daily basis. 4. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING. Now how could a hotel or suites not have AIR CONDITIONING? It was hot and unbearable. Were we told that we were binded to the contract of the room. Otherwise, we would have checked out the same day that we checked in. 5. There was no ICE machine in the building. 6. The bed was simply awful. It was too low to the floor; you can feel the springs in the mattress. 7. The windows did not have a screen. It was so hot that we opened the windows to get air and bugs flew in so the windows had to be closed. 8. The towel rack was torn down and had to be put back up and when this was done, all of the debris was left on the floor. 9. The shower head was not working. We were offered to take a shower in another room until Maintenance could fix ours. In conclusion, if you read this review, I recommend you DO NOT stay in this hotel. It is not worth the amount of money we spent. When booking this hotel, if we would have known mainly that there would be NO Air Conditioning, there is no way we would have even thought about staying here. That would have raised a RED flag first.
Near to metro, super market & with Kitchen
Room is little small, AC should be working for summer travellers like me & should have provided some complementary kitchen basics like sugar, coffee maker, coffee poweder
3-Star and great value for money. Very handy to shops, restaurants and Metro.
It is practically on the Leo Lagrange metro station, at 20 minutes far from Center Town by metro. The Casino supermarket it is at the ground of the hotel (they have all kind of products at affordable prices). The bad was large (1,8 m) and the bad sheets was clean and good quality. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped. (no hair dryer included) The kitchenette was relativelly ok: a clean freezer, a microwave oven and an electric stove, dishes for two persons, also a tirebouson. There was also exterior shutters for the windows. The wals were clean. Despite of some comments from here, they changed the towels and made clean on every day.
The moquette was old and dirty. It was neccesary some slippers. They don't supply free dish soap and sponge for dish cleaning. - They offer a kit for a fee. They don't have air conditionated, but during our stay in 21-23 june, it wasn't necessary.
Extremely easy access to supermarket, metro station, bus stop and restaurant. 2 room suite was simply way too good.
The receptionist was lacking warmness.
-Absolutely lovely and helpful staff -Very large rooms with microwave and fridge etc... -Prices are really reasonable -Underground station right under hotel -Supermarket and food shops right under the hotel.
-Not maintained very well... leaking taps and phone not working -Stalls for clothes and fruit, on the road, were a bit in the way.
Near subway station Near the shop
Need to change the subway station and walk at interconnect ing station
Location - metro stop right in front of hotel. Supermarket to spend some time & to stock up on essentials & tit bits.
Insufficient workforce, especially evening & weekend. staff serving front office, to resolving housekeeping short comings, to attempting to repair burst pipe in my room ( Gracias to her, sorry I forgot her name)
it's in an interesting neighbourhood, not the paris you might come for to paris ;-)
We were on a serious budget for this holiday and for that reason, this was the perfect place to stay. The Metro was basically underneath the hotel. While this is not technically Paris, if you have any experience of a big city, you would swear to was inside the city boundary because the commute into the center was cheat, quick and easy. Directly underneath the hotel was a supermarket. The fact that we had some facilities to cook and store food meant that we got to eat some lovely wines, cheeses, bread at a fraction of the price of eating out. Oh and we were lucky enough to get a balcony, which I know didn't come with my family's room but was a fantastic extra to sit out in the morning and evening.
Spacious rooms, proximity to metro, grocery stores very close
Staff not very friendly or helpful, the living room sofa bed rails (made of very thin wood) cracked when we slept and maintenance did not assist. No air conditioning.
Location - very good for metro. Modern, clean appartments. Helpful staff who spoke English. Good value for money.
The wind down shutters can be a bit of a chore but not a real problem. My maily gad three appartments which some variations in kitchenware. Would have liked a kettle!
