Everything was excellent, metro station and supermarket in front of the hotel. WiFi internet connection was good, we have hot water all the time and clean towels every day.

Metro was right by the hotel and a grocery store on the main level made it easy to use the in house kitchenette.

Dated building but for the price cannot really complain.

Overall, the suite was a good size and the staff friendly and helpful.

we had a two beds but one was about the worst mattress ever! It was like a hammock,which is fine for 1 but not 2 people. Time to upgrade it. Thankfully we were able to put the kids on it and not through our backs out.

The Hotel is right in front of the Metro-Station line 7 which connects in 20 minutes to Gare de L est or the inner city. Ticket-zone 1-2. The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful. Internet worked well. The supermarket below is well stocked.

The kitchenete needs serious remodeling, hardly any dishes, pots and pans look over-used. No dish-towels, no cleaner. The beds are short (we are over 1,80, so the feet had to find out which way to go). The pictures in Booking look MUCH nicer than the room actually is. Considering the prices for Paris hotels this one is OK, especially with Metro-access in front of the door. No healthy eating options around, if you can get by with Pizza and Doner you are fine. About 1 km downhill is a huge shopping-centre with more options, hill-side up there is nothing.

The staff was helpful. There was a lift so it was handicap accessible. The beds, even the couch bed was comfy. The suite was large. The breakfast was good including latte and mochachinno. There was a market next door to be able to get groceries. If you needed to ride the Metro is was in front of the hotel. If you are driving its really close to the city and there is a parking garage, but you need to get the code from the front desk. On Friday there was a farmers market and vendors out in the street and on Sat there was a flea market in the same spot.

Our suite was at the end of the hall and we couldn't get wifi. Even after complaining, it was not resolved. The phone, kitchen light and one trash cans were broken. After complaining they were resolved. The entry to the suite and the restroom including the towels smelled of cigarettes but the actual rooms were cigarette free. If you are parking in their garage remember to get the codes each morning. We were not told they changed and after a long day in the city we realized our code didn't work.

Location was good on line 7 of the metro, with a stop just outside, so easy access into the city. Also there was a supermarket right next door. Staff were friendly and helpful and the wifi was good. Also on Sunday night we just walked about 10 minutes down the road to have a very good cheap Italian meal at a restaurant recommended by the staff.

The room was not serviced if your stay is longer than two nights, and the room should be serviced as we stayed 6 nights. Also the air conditioning was not working as well as hoped and our room became quite stuffy overnight. The windows needed to be closed to keep out the nearby road noise.

We have got a large room and the space was very good for 4 people. The proximity to the subway and the Casino supermarket exactly at the hotel's first level were 2 big advantages when visiting a city. Even if the cleaning for 4 days was not included, they have done it every 2 days and this was a very nice surprise. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Everything made our stay very comfortable.

Everything was totally fine and I will stay again at this hotel when visiting Paris next time.

Hotel situated on top of grocery store (Carrefour) very convenient to pick up fruit and fresh food daily. One half block from metro stop, with excellent metro in Paris. Well marked routes , trains and stations so after a few minutes of study you can confidently travel across the city without having to ask for help. Good wifi service coverage. In house self serve laundry.

No air conditioning, and no fans- stayed there during heat wave. Pay parking facility below hotel dark and creepy.

I stayed in the hotel when temperature on the street was around 30 C. So since the room had no air conditioning the sleep wasn't very well.

We loved how close it was to the grocery store and metro stop.

There was no dish soap to wash the dishes, no coffee, and no air conditioning.

We booked a superior studio- there was nothing superior about it we didnt have a table to sit together and have breakfast we had to use the desk facing the wall-on enquiring if we could have one the uppity madam told me we only had a studio not a suite and we had to ask for a kettle and a bedside lamp both missing on our arrival.The microwave was overhead I`m 5ft 5in and I used it once as I found it too dangerous to lift hot food down from roughly 5ft 11in in the air.Also the area was a bit iffy at night time I would have loved to see the Eifel Tower lit up at night but I wouldnt reccomend straying too far from the hotel at night.

Reasonably easy to get into Paris on metro. Supermarket and boulangerie very close

Very hot and stuffy but noisy with windows open. Not sure would stay again during summer because of this

Excellent location: just 50 meteres away from the Metro station with a direct access to all main touristic attactions thru line no. 7 Neighbourhood: supermarket just downstairs was a big advatange specially for people willing to prepare food in the apartment (kitchen was good with all required stuff in place), quiet place out without any noise or traffic disturbance. Huge space in the parking which was a big advantage for us. Apartment: bedsheets, towel,toilette etc cleaned properly.

They could have provided something to clean the kitchen. rest was perfect
