Nothing wrong with the hotel, only that our rugby team lost to Montpellier in an afternoon long rainstorm

Very noisy all night as directly on a major roundabout - if you can't specify a rear facing room then don't bother. Room was also quite small.

The location. Is near the city but you need a car.

The dishes were really dirty.

The steam room and gym aren't really useable and extremely poor. The gym consist of three machines. I booked a wheel chair for my mother only to find that there was not this service and this made our trip difficult They advertise wifi but omitt to tell you that you need a laptop in your room Very misleading

Only the breakfast was good

The receptionist could not have been more rude if she tried, the hotel was showing signs of heavy use. The air con did not work and could not be bothered to discuss it with the receptionist so just suffered for the one night and moved on. It is situated on a busy roundabout so plent of traffic noise however if you are there for one night like us it is not bad value, definately no more than a stop over hotel

Large room with basic kitchen facilities.

They seemed to be very disorganised. We requested a baby cot when booking, but when we arrived they had not yet organised it. After requesting it two times, it finally arrived but when my daughter wouldn't sleep in it we realised they didn't put the proper mattress in it, meaning she was sleeping on metal bars! The air conditioning wasn't working in our room and again we had to ask several times to change to a new room. Very disruptive when you have a small child. Location-wise, it is a 5-10min walk to the tram which then takes 15mins to get into the center of town. Trams are very frequent. Restaurant food was average.

Excellent base from which to visit the city that offered excellent value. Easy walk to tram for direct access to city centre - not worth taking the car!

Small room, not very comfortable, but very good value for the money

Highly recommend, it is one of the best hotels I stayed. Great value for money. You need car it is a little bit out of center.

La situation géographique

Le rapport qualité prix, le manque de matériel dans les chambres, le ménage,le bruit qui nous empêche d'ouvrir la fenêtre et le bruit de la clim qui empêche de dormir,le manque de professionalisme de certain, et internet filaire qui est quasi inexistant
