Spacious Room No hob or other facility to make a hot drink. Wasn't too cold outside but couldn't seem to warm the room up. |

This is a new hotel in a non-descript village near Narbonne. The location is a little strange, but it is convenient to the autoroute, the city and the beaches. The owners were very charming and helpful. The facilities are modern and the breakfast copious. It is rated 2-star, but as good as any 3-star hotel. |

What should I say? All is fine, except....but see below...... Nevertheless I recommend that hotel. 1st: To have a shower in the bathtub is very unconvenient, due there is no installed clamp at the wall to connect the shower head and the water pipe is to short to stand upright meanwhile showering. Only to have a installed shower here would be more than to have a bathtub. 2nd: The swimming pool is not openend yet! (end of May 2009) |

Receptionist spoke good English. The appartment was modern, clean and well equipped. We were staying for a night on a touring holiday, so it was a good location for a stop over. Quiet location. |

Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Für mehrtätige Business-Reisen sind Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle hilfreich. Der Boden ist durchgehend gefließt, was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Die in der Homepage angegebene Mail-Adresse ist offenbar nicht mehr in Betrieb. Ich habe trotz mehrfachem Versuch jedesmal die Meldung bekommen, dass diese Adresse unbekannt ist. |

Die Zimmer sind gefliest. Sehr angenehm und sauber! Bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt ist die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sehr günstig. Es fehlt ein Papierkorb im Zimmer. |

J'ai effectué la réservation sur internet. J'ai été recontacté par téléphone car la réception ferme à 19h. La réceptionniste m'a donné tous les codes : portail, accueil et coffre pour retirer la clé de la chambre. Dans le petit coffre il y avait une enveloppe à mon attention avec le plan et les indications nécessaires. Elle m'avait tout expliqué et tout s'est bien passé. La chambre est spacieuse et tout est neuf. L'ensemble est sécurisé par un parking fermé. |

Preis/Leistung ist o.k., dezentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung (Auto) an Toulouse. Ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus, Hotelanlage trotz vorwiegend von Geschäftskunden genutzt, mit dem Charakter einer Ferienanlage. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, der Preis von 10 Euro ist nicht angemessen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist obwohl noch nicht alt, z.T. schon recht abgewohnt. |

très joli construction en forme de petit village clos, appartement très agréable et bien équipé, calme La piscine en exterieur c'est un peu dommage car on ne peut pas s'en servir tout le temps et le sauna ne fonctionnait pas. Cadre agréable, proximité d'un centre commercial, confortable et bien équipé. Destiné à des séjours familiaux plutot qu'a de l'hotellerie. Les prestattions ne sont pas à la hauteur du cadre et de l'aménagement. On doit changer les ampoules défectueuses soi même, mais plus important pour mon séjour, pas de petie déjeuner possible avant 9h30, ceci doit être précisé sur les prospectus car pendant 2 jours nous avons dû chercher notre petit déjeuner à colomiers, le linge de toilette n'a pas permis de changer de serviettes pour les 4... |

sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, rel. neue Appartmentanlage, zweckmäßig ausgelegt, trotzdem schönes Design und Einrichtung, Internet per RJ45 keine richtige Dusche, Brausekopf an der Badewannenarmatur, nicht möglich im Stehen zu duschen, angebotenes Frühstück für 10 € zu teuer, besser um die Ecke zu McDonald gehen. |

Me ha gustado mucho la tranquilidad del hotel, lejos de carreteras. También el trato del personal, dando facilidades en general, un hotel bastante completo para el precio que tiene (más barato que otros de la zona). En general me ha gustado todo |

Jolie résidence, neuve, propre, très calme et fermée. Très bon accueil par le personnel. Panne de la télécommande de la climatisation qui a donc soufflé bruyamment toute la nuit au-dessus du lit sans que nous puissions l'arrêter. Les radiateurs électriques ne fonctionnaient pas non plus (en plein hiver). Comme il n'y a pas de personnel de nuit, ni le dimanche, nous n'avons pas pu être dépannés et nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil. |
